| The living supporting facilities of community are facilities that are used for a long time and are used frequently in the daily life of community residents,and are an important material basis for the construction of happy communities.However,with the trend of aging and declining birthrates in China,elderly care and childcare are facing new challenges,and there are problems such as imbalance in supply and demand,low utilization of facilities,and less communication between generations.In response to the above situation,this paper takes six typical Guangzhou residential communities as research samples,and obtains the behavioral needs and facility composite willingness of the old and young people through behavioral observation,questionnaires and interviews,and explores the design strategies of composite community living service facilities that promote the integration of the old and the young,which is important to improve the quality of life of the old and the young and meet the needs of various groups of people.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of the research in this paper,the related concepts,and defines the research objects,and determines the research methods.The second chapter compares the theories related to functional complex and behavior setting,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and studies the supply mode of community service facilities and the cases of composite community service facilities.The third chapter mainly investigates and analyzes the characteristics of residents’ travel behavior,behavior-setting mode,the current situation of facility ues,residents’ needs,and the willingness of facility compounding through field research.The fourth chapter proposes design strategies of composite community living service facilities.The fifth chapter applies the proposed design strategy to a representative renovation project,and conducts the feasibility design study of the neighboring composite for old and young facilities and time-sharing strategy.Main research results:(1)Summarizing the characteristics of travel behavior of the elderly and children,categorizing the locations where they frequently move,and proposing seven indoor and outdoor space category scene patterns as well as patterns of behavioral interaction between children and the elderly.(2)Establishing a composite community service facility system,and summarizing the design strategies of composite community living facilities from three aspects: function compounding,system construction,and facility management.The study recommends the point-to-point composite design of facilities from three levels: facility sharing,multi-functional space,and facility proximity,and constructs three facility proximity composite modes: "vitality group,quiet group,cultural and educational group",and proposes the strategies of time-sharing use and independent opening.(3)The design methods of service facilities and commercial facilities zoning and vertical space penetration are proposed in the design of community complexes,and the spatial patterns of vitality grouping and quiet grouping are constructed on the basis of dynamic and static zoning for the old and young functions.The construction of compound community facilities has multiple social meanings,but the theory and practice of compound community facilities in China are still in the exploratory stage.It is hoped that this research will promote the construction of composite community living facilities and the integration of the elderly and children in the community,and enhance the wellbeing of residents’ community life. |
