| With the improvement of the awareness of historical and cultural heritage protection and the improvement of relevant theories,as well as the urban construction entering the era of stock economy,the protection and renewal of old cities and the transformation of traditional buildings have increasingly become the core issues of the overall coordinated development of cities.At present,some achievements have been made in the protection of cultural relics and historic buildings in the historic conservation area,the local conditions of the area have improved,however,the overall environment is aging and declining,and it is out of line with social structure and functional demand.Therefore,based on the premise of the organic renewal of the historic conservation area with equal emphasis on protection and development,the research studies the renewal and transformation of the traditional residences with "large quantity and wide range",comprehensive value and containing a wide range of social problems.Based on the many practical problems faced by the transformation of traditional residences in the historic conservation area,the research studies how to appropriately select some traditional residences for transformation in the organic renewal of the historic conservation area from the perspective of spatial publicity,so as to transform the decadent and introverted traditional residences into a public space which is compatible with the style and environment of the historic conservation area and has "publicity" social significance and suitable carrier.In order to comply with the complex and diversified development trend of cities,meet the multi-level needs of modern public life of citizens,balance the value benefits of environment,culture,society,economy and other factors,activate the traditional residences,achieve sustainable development,and as the source of vitality of the area,promote the organic renewal of the whole the historic conservation area from point to area,and move towards comprehensive rejuvenation.The research studies the reconstruction of the transformation system of people,function and space with the guidance of spatial publicity,and summarizes the design strategies of the traditional residences spatial publicity transformation in the organic renewal of the historic conservation area through case analysis,and taking the transformation of No.11 Hengxiang lane in the Pingjiang historic conservation area hosted by Suzhou ancient city conservation and architectural design workshop as an example,provides reference for similar renovation projects and various ideas for renovation practice of various old buildings.The research content is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,research object,research trends,research significance,research methods and research framework;The second chapter is the basic research on the theory of organic renewal and the theory of spatial publicity;The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the current situation of traditional residences in the historic conservation area from multiple perspectives,puts forward the idea of spatial publicity oriented transformation of traditional residences,and reconstructs the renewal and transformation system associated with human,function and space,so as to clarify the multi value significance of traditional residences spatial publicity transformation in the organic renewal of the historic conservation area;The fourth chapter is to make overall planning of the organic renewal of the historic conservation area and the transformation of traditional residences.The research analyzes the relevant cases in the framework of reconstruction system,and summarizes the specific transformation strategy of traditional residences in the historic conservation area;The fifth chapter is to take the transformation of No.11 Hengxiang lane in the Pingjiang historic conservation area hosted by Suzhou ancient city conservation and architectural design workshop as an example,interprets and analyzes the scheme of architectural design and Research Institute of South China University of technology and the other two shortlisted schemes,and verifies the transformation strategy of traditional residences in the historic conservation area;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. |
