| Since the 21 st century, driven by economic globalization,China’s civil aviation industry has developed rapidly. With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry, the design concept of the terminal is constantly updated, and the terminal building is developing in the direction of intensive and compound.Under this background, the mixed model emerges as the times require. In recent years,it has become a new design trend that many domestic mainline airport terminals adopt mixed flow mode to organize terminal access flow lines. In view of this, terminal designers began to explore the differences in the performance of the two streamline organization strategies: mixed mode and diversion mode. The spatial difference of streamline mode is mainly reflected in the terminal’s entry and exit areas. Therefore, this paper takes the terminal’s arrival and departure area as the research object, and analyzes the actual use of the terminal’s arrival and departure area with different streamline modes by using the post use evaluation method.Based on the results of post use evaluation, this paper analyzes the differences between mixed flow mode and diversion mode, and puts forward the design suggestions of terminal entrance and exit area. This paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part is the basic research of post use evaluation.Firstly, this paper summarizes the related design theory of mainline airport terminal and streamline mode;secondly,it introduces the design overview of Fuzhou airport and Chaoshan airport;finally,it clarifies the research scope of post use evaluation to pave the way for post use evaluation research. The second part is the research design of post use evaluation. The first is the basic theory of post use evaluation, combing the overall process of post use evaluation. The second is the preliminary information preparation, including basic data collection and exploratory research;the last is the design of post use evaluation, which selects satisfaction evaluation, cognitive evaluation and behavior measurement evaluation as evaluation methods, and constructs a post use evaluation system combining quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. The third part is the summary of post use evaluation. The results of satisfaction evaluation, cognitive evaluation and behavior measurement evaluation were analyzed and discussed.Firstly, the questionnaire data are analyzed quantitatively to obtain the satisfaction rating of each element of the interviewees in the inbound and outbound area;secondly, the interview results of cognitive evaluation are sorted out to collect the problems existing in the research area and suggestions for improvement;then, the relationship between passenger behavior and space in the arrival and departure area of the terminal is analyzed by using behavior map and trajectory map. Finally, combined with the post use evaluation results, this paper analyzes the differences between mixed flow mode and diversion mode from the aspects of function use, streamline organization, transfer efficiency, supporting facilities, space feeling, management difficulty, construction cost and space connection, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the terminal’s arrival and departure area from the aspects of function space, streamline design, supporting facilities and regional cultural expression. This paper studies the post use evaluation of the arrival and departure area of the airport terminals with different streamline modes, hoping that the research results can be used for reference in the future airport terminal design. |
