| With the rapid development of aviation transport industry and the sustained growth of air traffic flow,the phenomenon of one metropolis with two or several airports has been springing up.Flights,operating in such metropolis,may share the same air routes,arrival and departure fixes.This kind of operation tend to which result in spatio-temporal resource competition and serious conflict occurring.And then,the flight delays and economic losses are inevitable.Therefore,how to schedule the arrival and departure flights and how to improve the operational efficiency within the multi-airport area become more and more urgent to be tackled.This paper investigated the collaborative arrival and departure sequencing problem for multi-airport terminal area to alleviate the ever-increasing serious airspace congestion and flight delay.Firstly,given that aircraft 4D trajectory prediction is the basis and the key of the arrival and departure aircraft scheduling,an aircraft trajectory prediction approach that based on aircraft continuous dynamics and discrete dynamics model was presented.Simulation results indicated that the proposed algorithm could limit the error between expected and actual time of arrival at the fix within 60 s.And a method above the estimation of aircraft mass based on radar tracks was proposed to improve the precision of trajectory prediction.Secondly,by deeply analyzing the operational characteristics of arrivals and departures,taking the following constraints into consideration,like wake turbulence,releasing separation,multi-runway operational modes and sequential flight operation,a collaborative scheduling model for arrival and departure flights was established for single-airport.Then,based on single-airport model,a scheduling model for multi-airport terminal area was constructed.In addition,an adapted simulated annealing algorithm was presented to find the optimum solution.Shanghai multi-airport terminal area which includes Pudong and Hongqiao airport was chosen to conduct the simulation.The conclusion could be drawn that the proposed method is able to effectively improve the operation efficiency.Finally,with the modular design concept,collaborative arrival and departure scheduling prototype system was developed based on the above theory using C++ and Qt,and system verification is conducted by debugging with the new generation of control simulator. |
