| China’s civil aviation has developed at a high speed for many years,the air traffic flow is increasing continuously,and flight delay has always been criticized by the society.In the airspace,especially in the terminal area,the mismatch between traffic and capacity is the root cause of flight delay.After solving the problem of airspace structure in the terminal area,it has become an urgent problem to realize the flow capacity matching goal of aircraft in the terminal area.Scientific and reasonable allocation of the number of arrival and departure fixs is the most direct way to achieve the goal of capacity and flow matching..In order to meet the actual needs of people’s travel and the requirements of urban development,the problem of imbalance in the supply of airspace resources has been completely solved.The airspace resources,especially the number of arrival and departure fixs,need to be rationally allocated accordingly.Firstly,the concept of "dividing city quadrant division" is put forward.The quantity allocation and evaluation of the arrival and departure fixs of this thesis are completed on the basis of "quadrant division".The number of arrival and departure fixs is configured with the following strategies: First,the current terminal area traffic is clarified.Demand,this is the basic work of the number of arrival and departure fixs in the terminal area.Second,the number of arrival and departure fixs and the distribution of traffic are targeted according to the actual traffic demand of the airport service area.Third,according to the capacity of the arrival and departure fixs of each quadrant of the terminal area in the planning scheme,it is checked whether the quadrant number configuration scheme achieves the goal of the flow matching.In view of the proposed strategy for the allocation of arrival and departure fixs,the content and research methods of this thesis are determined.: firstly,a network model is proposed to solve the terminal area capacity quickly and efficiently;Secondly,on the basis of considering the flow demand and the spatial supply capacity of the terminal area planning scheme at the same time,a model is proposed that constrained by how the number of arrival and departure fixs in the terminal area is accurately and efficiently configured and how to reasonably allocate the traffic to each quadrant model when the spatial supply capacity of the quadrant is insufficient;finally,On the basis of considering the traffic demand and the spatial supply capacity of the terminal area planning scheme at the same time,the model of accurately and efficiently configuring the number of arrival and departure fixs in the terminal area is proposed.The results of case analysis show that the prediction method of take-off and landing quantity in this thesis is accurate,and the configuration method of arrival and departure fixs in the terminal area is reasonable,which can effectively solve the problem of dismatch between the capacity and the traffic demand in the terminal area.The conclusions of this thesis can provide a decision-making basis for the allocation of the number of arrival and departure fixs in the terminal area,the allocation of multi-airport capacity and the macro-strategic flow management. |
