Research On The Design Of Administration Building Of Universities In South China Based On The Trend Of Administrative Service

With the continuous development of higher education in China,the state has been trying and innovating in the administrative reform of colleges and universities,and the goal of changing "management-oriented" administration and building "service-oriented" administration is very clear.There are many problems in the administration buildings in universities under the current trend of administrative services.Firstly,under the influence of the development of information technology,the working mode of the administrative system of universities has changed greatly,which in turn has an impact on the buildings;Secondly,the completed projects have the problem of closed status quo,which affects the communication between users,which is not in line with the development trend of administrative service of universities,nor does it conform to the campus design concept of "serving teachers and students"."Finally,there is a lack of research summary on such buildings,which makes the buildings unable to coordinate with social development.Based on these three aspects,this paper analyzes and researches the administration buildings in universities at the planning and architectural levels through multidisciplinary cross-analysis,field research,comparative analysis and data statistics,and proposes design strategies for administration buildings in universities based on the trend of administrative services.At the same time,it further summarizes and improves the theoretical research on such buildings in China,and provides theoretical references and innovative design ideas for future projects.The main research of this paper is conducted with the following logic: Firstly,the administrative organization and structure of universities are analyzed by combining the two disciplines of administration and architecture;Secondly,the administration buildings in universities are systematically researched and analyzed and reasonable suggestions are made for the problems found;Finally,the design strategies of administration buildings in universities under the trend of administrative service are proposed based on the above research.This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,object and content,purpose and significance of the topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research method and research framework;Chapter 2 investigates and analyzes the Administration buildings in universities and presents the current problems.Chapters 3 to 6 are the main parts of this paper.Chapter 3analyzes and explains the development,organizational structure and operation mode of administrative organizations of universities in China,and focuses on the trend of administrative service and its impact on buildings.Chapter 4 is an analysis and research on the construction method,scale,and site planning of the research object under the perspective of campus planning,and proposes corresponding design suggestions for specific problems,and finally proposes the site planning design strategy under the trend of administrative service;Chapters 5 and 6 are an in-depth research and analysis on the building function,administrative department arrangement,internal space,external space,and exterior shape of the research object under the perspective of architectural design,and proposes the corresponding design strategy under the trend of administrative service.The above research can provide a comprehensive theoretical reference and a new creative idea for the future administration design of universities in line with the administrative "service" reform.
