| The standardization and standardization of green buildings have been vigorously developed since 2010 and 2014,and the “Code for Civil Building Design” and “Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings” have been launched.Since then,various provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions have also established local evaluation and design standards.From a macro perspective,the academic research field has conducted extensive research on the “evaluation criteria” that emphasize design results.However,in the field of“design criteria” for the design process,it can be said that the research is still relatively blank.As for the current development trend of green buildings in China,the state mainly encourages its rational development with incentive policies.From the recent “13th Five-Year Plan” national key R&D plan special project “Green building in the economically developed region inheriting the Chinese architectural context” From the perspective of the system,the construction of a green building system rich in cultural elements has been highly valued.At the same time,from the perspective of the development of green buildings in Hefei City,the “Guidelines for Green Building Design”was issued in 2014,and the geographical suitability of green building provisions is yet to be further analyzed and studied.Therefore,the author proposes to use the green building design standard national standard and landmark as the research object,mainly through the comparative analysis of horizontal and vertical and combined with the literature reading,practical research of green building actual project,summarizing and other research methods,and exploring how to be in this context.Research on the standardization and standardization development of Hefei Green Building Design Method and related normative guidelines.In the early stage of the thesis research,the author participated in a large number of green building design projects in the studio.In the field research and demonstration and case analysis,the actual project involved was taken as an example.It is hoped that in the comparative analysis of national standards and landmarks,it will provide some reference suggestions for the revision of Hefei Green Building Design Method and Hefei Green Building Guidelines and other provincial and municipal landmarks.The research path and content of the thesis are as follows:First of all,it summarizes the research status of related fields at home and abroad andputs forward research questions.Secondly,it analyzes the development process of China’s green building design standards,and summarizes the specific characteristics of the landmarks of various provinces and cities.Third,based on the extension of the landmark to the national standard,from the framework structure and professional categories,the evaluation of the standard,the application of building types and new terminology,the landmark subdivision and local design strategies,the provision of auxiliary design information,The perspectives of the new technology provisions are summarized and summarized.Fourth,based on the comparative analysis between landmarks and landmarks,combined with literature research and field research,based on the classification of climate regions,study the differences between green building design indicators and technologies in different climate zones,and combine the contextual carrier and design provisions.The degree of relevance is analyzed by the feature word frequency statistics method to analyze the proportion of indicators based on context elements of different landmarks.Fifth,in Hefei City,combined with the "Hefei City" and "Hefei City Planning" and other documents,analyze the regional characteristics of Hefei’s climate characteristics,land resources,and other green buildings and green buildings in Hefei.The design project is a case,and the status quo of green building design in Hefei City is summarized from the perspective of geographical suitability.Sixth,combined with the existing "Hefei City Green Building Design Guidelines",based on comparative analysis,regional characteristics of the elements of literature research and field research,practical project cases,the framework of the guidelines,and the standardization of the standard,Hefei Green Suggestions for revision of architectural design techniques,design provisions,etc.Finally,taking the two-star green building design project of the Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology of Hefei University of Technology as an example,combined with the revised design provisions,analyze the actual implementation of the project,and what changes will be made to the optimization and improvement measures of the project after adopting the design provisions.Proposal for the proposed design provisions and the established green building grade requirements. |
