As the performance of new energy automobile products in the global automobile market has become better in recent years,the sales proportion of new energy vehicles in the automobile market in various countries has also increased year by year.People’s demand for a better environment is leading more and more people to the traditional fuel vehicles that have been used for hundreds of years are trying to replace them with new energy vehicles.This phenomenon is also extremely obvious in the new energy commercial vehicle market.Commercial vehicle companies have also begun to gradually transform and upgrade traditional power plants to new energy power systems.Some groups in the market have also begun to try more energy-efficient and efficient new energy commercial vehicles.As a member of new energy commercial vehicles,pure electric pickup trucks can not only meet the purpose of freight transportation,but also have the function of passenger transportation.Coupled with its zero-emission and non-polluting characteristics,it is becoming more and more popular among consumers in major markets.This article is based on a pure electric pickup truck developed by a OEM as the research object.It introduces the overall layout and parameter matching design of the whole vehicle in detail.Model and simulate various parts.And combined with the results of the vehicle performance test and the results of the simulation software for analysis.In the article,a variety of design schemes are given for the selection and matching parameters of each component,the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of products is explained.The final scheme is in line with the performance goals of the previous design.The specific parameters of the selected power components are applied to the AVL Cruise software simulation,and various characteristic parameter data are filled in the graphical modules and the modeling is completed.Establishing an energy recovery system and a battery management system under the vehicle model,and limiting the charge and discharge current of the vehicle economy simulation and power policy,can greatly improve the accuracy of the simulation results.At the end of the paper,the methods and processes of various performance tests carried out by the pure electric pickup truck during the project promotion process are introduced,which also focus on the power and economic performance,which can be compared and analyzed with the simulation results in the previous article.
