At present,energy shortage and environmental pollution are two serious problems.The pure electric vehicle as the representative of new energy vehicle has the advantages of green non pollution and low noise,highly valued by governments and enterprises of all countries.In recent years,the research on pure electric vehicles is mainly focused on the development of energy storage and electric drive system control strategy of power battery,but these technologies have not made a breakthrough.So the design of parameters of dynamic system is an important means to improve the power and economy of the automobile.Meanwhile,the regenerative braking control strategy of the electric vehicle simulation software ADVISOR is that braking force is distributed according to the way of looking up table.This allocation strategy is limited by the speed of the car and has certain limitation.As a result,the car could not make full use of the regenerative braking power.In this paper,the two development of regenerative braking control strategy is required.This paper which takes a pure electric vehicle as the research object establishes simulation models of the vehicle transmission system based on ADVISOR2002 and realizes the two development of regenerative braking control strategy based on fuzzy control.The following aspects are studied:(1)We read the references and have a detailed understanding of the development status of the domestic and foreign electric vehicles.Then,the text introduces the general structure and the involved key technologies of electric vehicles.The performance of each type of motor and power battery is compared.(2)According to the basic parameters and performance requirements and dynamics theory of the vehicle,we determine the structure of the transmission system layout scheme,and match the parameters of the motor,the battery,the transmission and other parts of the transmission system.We build the simulation models of each component based on ADVISOR2002,and determine the shift schedule of the transmission.(3)In this paper,the CYC ECE EUDC condition is selected to simulate the performance of the whole vehicle.The experimental results meet the vehicle performance requirements,which proves that the matching of the parameters of the components is in line with the requirements of the vehicle.Then we optimize the motor power,battery number,the quality of vehicle and main reducer,using the Auto-size function of ADVISOR and taking the vehicle design target as the constraint conditions.After optimization,the performance of the vehicle has been improved.(4)In order to give full play to the front wheel braking force,reduce the energy loss and improve the efficiency of braking energy recovery,the regenerative braking control strategy based on fuzzy logic is proposed.The simulation results show that the new control strategy for braking energy recovery is better.
