As the amount of road construction in China has increased year by year,the process of urbanization in China has accelerated year by year,and the field of road maintenance equipment has entered a new milestone.As the most economical road maintenance method,synchronous gravel sealing technology has been widely used in construction for a long time.At the same time,synchronous gravel sealing vehicle is the main working vehicle in this kind of construction and has gained great poles in road construction.However,in the context of the current growing energy problems and the increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems,the development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly new energy road maintenance equipment has become one of the important measures.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the synchronous gravel sealer during the working process,this paper combines the XCJ5250 TFCTB model synchronous gravel sealer to develop the main engine,auxiliary engine and clutch,and adds the power battery pack,driving drive motor and hydraulic pressure.Pump drive motor and other components.Considering the design requirements of the vehicle's power and economy,the parameters of the chassis drive motor and the top-loading hydraulic pump drive motor are determined by the power matching of the chassis travel mechanism and the power matching of the top-loading work device,respectively,and the electric drive is synchronously broken according to the electric drive.The minimum working speed of the stone seal vehicle,the highest transfer speed at the time of the transition and the total gear ratio when meeting the climbing requirements,analyze the feasibility of the design plan and lay the foundation for the subsequent research.Then,in order to further enhance the dynamic performance and economic performance of the electric drive synchronous gravel sealer,the energy utilization rate is maximized.This paper adds the brake energy recovery control system to the electric drive synchronous gravel sealer and develops the brake.Energy recovery strategy.Finally,based on the dynamic system matching parameters and control strategy,the model is constructed in Cruise and Matlab/Simulink respectively to verify the feasibility of dynamic matching.According to the simulation results,it can be shown that the dynamic parameters of the electric drive synchronous gravel sealer can meet the working requirements well,and the electric drive synchronous gravel sealer can be driven by the brake energy recovery system.The economy has achieved relatively optimal results.
