With the advancement of urbanization and agricultural modernization,the speed of residential construction in Guanzhong area has increased year by year,and a large number of low-rise residential buildings with brick-concrete structure have emerged,which has become the most extensive form of existing residential buildings in Guanzhong area,accounting for more than 60% of the total number of residential buildings.These large number of disorderly residential buildings exposed the problems of poor building quality,lack of design,inconvenience and discomfort,which brought huge energy waste.Under the background of current energy crisis,it is extremely urgent to promote building energy conservation.With the deepening of building energy conservation,the research on wall insulation system has made fruitful progress,and the external wall self-insulation system has emerged.Compared with the most widely used external wall insulation system,the external wall self-insulation system has unique advantages.Taking the existing residential buildings in Guanzhong area as the research object,taking the self-insulation system as the technical means and aiming at guiding the construction of low-energy residential buildings,on the basis of a large number of field investigations,the data collected from functional space layout,envelope performance,indoor thermal environment status and residents’ satisfaction with use of residential buildings in Guanzhong area were summarized and analyzed,and the existing problems of residential buildings were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.First of all,through the literature research method,the application status of self-insulation technology is studied.Taking Guanzhong area as the investigation scope,the existing self-insulation masonry materials were investigated by field investigation method,and their thermal performance and physical and mechanical properties were summarized.The self-insulation masonry materials with the best energy saving effect were selected by using energy consumption software simulation method.The poor thermal performance of Guanzhong residential building envelope was improved,and the benchmark model of self-insulation residential building was determined.Secondly,based on the benchmark model,the influence of design factors such as building orientation,shape coefficient and shading on energy consumption of self-insulation residential buildings is further studied.By using the research method of multi-factor test,the orthogonal test table was established,and five design factors were analyzed,including building orientation,south to area ratio of window to wall,roof heat transfer coefficient,external window heat transfer coefficient and horizontal shading.The primary and secondary relationship,influence trend and optimal combination mode of energy consumption of self-insulation residential buildings were studied.Finally,based on the study of envelope performance and design parameters,the design optimization strategy of plane,section,elevation and courtyard space of self-insulation residential buildings and the low energy consumption model of self-insulation residential buildings are put forward.Through the simulation calculation of building energy consumption,it is concluded that the energy consumption of low-energy self-insulation residential buildings is 62.3% lower than that of existing residential buildings.
