| Since the mid 70's, it is a cosmopolitan trend to economize energy in buildings. And in 90's the problem of energy conservation in buildings becomes the worldwide focal point, because of the theories of sustainable development and the worsening ecological environments. China is a big energy consuming country, densely populated, the building consumption share about 1/4 of total consumption. And the consumption of residence building has relatively high proportion. With the continuous raise of the living level, the use of the air condition in north and the use of heating in south, the problem of energy conservation in buildings faces a new situation.Located in a hot summer and warm winter region, Qingdao City owns abundant solar energy resources, wind force resources and ocean energy resources. Because of the dependence on the fossil energy, it is neglected to use and explore new energy resources for a long time. Due to the use of central heating and air condition in residence buildings, the application of the energy conservation technology on residence buildings is excluded. But it is imperative to economize energy in buildings for the energy crisis.Based on the basic concept of energy conservation in buildings, this paper analyzed the weather characteristics and the residence buildings'energy consumption status quo in Qingdao City. According to the application status quo of energy conservation technology in residence buildings at home and abroad, the energy conservation technology that suit for Qingdao City's residence buildings were brought forward on the aspect of outer protective structures'thermal insulation and heat preservation, the measure to cool the building structure, and the use of passive type solar energy. Meanwhile, this paper presents the feasibility analysis of existent buildings'alteration for energy conservation and the relevant technical supports. |
