| With the changes in China’s population structure,"aging" has become a major problem that modern society must face.Actively solving various types of old-age care issues,letting the old and the elderly feel secure,providing for the elderly,and having fun in the old days are challenges faced by our designers and lay strategic requirements for national development.The primary task of solving the pension problem is to provide the elderly with a safe,comfortable and low-energy living environment,which not only improves the quality of the elderly but also protects their rights.In recent years,home care for the elderly has been a major issue in social discussions,but most of them are still focusing on safety equipment and detailed space design.Talking about how to provide a safe,stable and comfortable physical environment is rare,this is particularly important for the aging population of the sensory system.With the popularization of the home-based care service model,the community home-based care and service centers in various places are gradually getting more and more,but their levels of development are not at the same level.Many elderly people’s old-age service stations are transformed from old residential buildings.There are many serious problems in building performance,such as the aging of building structures,poor ventilation and lighting,lack of thermal insulation design,high energy consumption,and low living comfort.And so on,can not provide a comfortable and comfortable living and leisure environment for the elderly.After entering the ageing stage,architectural design should consider the needs of the elderly as an important consideration.From the perspective of physical characteristics,living habits and health needs of the elderly,the design of green buildings should meet the special needs of the elderly.Only by truly satisfying the residential needs of the elderly can we better adopt the physical environment at the time of architectural design.The design reflects the humanistic sentiment,can truly meet the high standards of the elderly for the building environment,and the optimization of the physical properties of the building needs to be more scientific and rational.This article begins with a description of the research status quo at home and abroad,uses literature research methods to summarize the factors affecting the space comfort of home-based care services,and uses questionnaires and quantitative design methods to study the quantitative indicators of the elderly.The adaptive coefficient,using software simulation analysis method to find out the Nanxiu Village nursing service station design problems,and optimize the transformation of the problem,and finally use the software to verify whether it has been optimized.This article is based on the requirements of the home care service space for the indoor physical environment,focusing on the analysis of the thermal environment,the light environment and the sound environment of the elderly living space,and the quantitative analysis of the physical environment of the elderly living in hot summer and cold winter areas and home-based care services.A study was conducted and a spatial design strategy for home care services based on architectural physics theory was proposed.It provides theoretical and design reference for the research and practice of related old-age building comfort. |
