The Study On The Model Of Bedroom Living Space For Elderly Care Facilities

Data from the seventh census show that the proportion of the population aged 65 or above has reached 13.50%,an increase of 4.63% compared with the sixth census ten years ago,with an average annual growth of about 7 million people.Among them,the elderly with advanced age,disability and cognitive disease are also on the rise.It is an important task to solve the problem of nursing care and living support for the elderly with senile,disability and cognitive disorder in the whole society.Under the policy of "building the coordination of home community institutions" advocated in the Outline of the National 14 th Five-Year Plan,urban nursing facilities integrated into the community can provide daily life support and professional nursing services for the elderly with different degrees of disability and cognitive impairment.At present,China’s built and put into use of this type of facilities for the aged are not unified in the housing conditions and living space design standards,it is difficult to provide such facilities for the elderly population to meet their living quality of the living space environment.Based on this background,this paper takes the living space in the nursing care facilities based on urban communities as the research object,studies its spatial pattern,sorts out the main user groups and characteristics of the living space in the nursing care facilities,and summarizes the classification standards of different nursing degrees for the elderly at home and abroad.Focus on development of pension system has perfect Japan,Europe and the United States,selecting typical cases detailed carding and analysis,at the same time,domestic representative typical urban interface type endowment facilities,solid state investigation and case analysis,combined with various countries different types of facilities and stay in the old type,Detailed analysis and research are carried out on the relationship between the care group and the bedroom group,the relationship between the bedroom group and the bedroom,the relationship between the bedroom and the bedroom toilet,the flat layout of the bedroom and the detailed design of the bedroom in different cases,and the characteristics and design points of the domestic and foreign bedroom space pattern are summarized.Finally,according to both at home and abroad have been summarized medium endowment facilities bedroom space pattern characteristics,puts forward the main factors influencing the bedroom space mode,combined with China’s national conditions,try to type is suitable for the three interfaces to protect our country endowment facilities bedroom space mode and the corresponding design key points,in order to the future of interface type pension mode of bedroom space facilities are designed to provide the reference basis.
