With the improvement of living standards,people are no longer satisfied with the traditional way of self-driving tour,RV self driving has gradually become a trend.However,compared with ordinary cars,there are more additional electrical appliances in RV,if not manage properly,it is easy to damage vehicle batteries and the failure of normal use of electrical appliances.The battery management system has been widely used in the power battery of electric vehicles now,but the application of power management system for both batteries and electrical appliances in RV is less.Based on this,this paper mainly develops a power management system(PMS)for RV,which can realize the monitoring and management of on-board batteries and electrical appliances.In order to accurately predict the state of charge(SOC)of the lead-acid battery in RV,the second-order RC equivalent circuit model of the battery was established,and the internal characteristic parameters of the model were identified by the test data.The SOC of the battery is predicted by combining extended Kalman filter(EKF)and open circuit voltage method.The results of Simulink simulation show that EKF is superior to the current integration method in SOC prediction.Secondly,in order to achieve the efficient use of vehicle electric energy,this paper classifies the main electric appliances of the existing RV and formulates the power consumption strategy.According to the functional requirements of the electric energy monitoring and management system,the hardware of the system is designed,which is composed of several functional modules: Battery monitoring module based on DS2438;Power metering module based on RN8302B;Relay control module;Lower machine CAN module;Cannpal upper computer module.The software design is mainly divided into two parts: embedded software development based on Lower machine and app software design based on Android.Lower machine software includes SPI communication,1-wire communication and can communication;App software mainly includes user interface design,can communication and database design.Finally,the system is tested to verify the reliability of the RV Power Management System.
