Railway as the main artery of the national economy, national infrastructure and popular means of transportation, plays a crucial role in Chinese economic and social development. Power supply section is an important business department of the railway system, is mainly responsible for electric railway’s traction power supply, railway area’s power supply, electric power equipment’s detection and maintenance business and so on. With the development of network technology and the deepening of the application of computer technology, research of railway traction power supply’s efficiency and model of information management has never been stopped. Early in 2005, the former Ministry of Railways(now the China Railway Corporation) issued "Overall Planning of Railway Informatization", management departments at all levels of railway power supply system actively carried out a research, development and trial operation on "power supply management information system(EMIS) "(hereinafter referred as the EMIS system) research, development and trial operation and accumulated a lot of successful experience.In information age, with the proposed and development of new concept in the field of computer system and software, data structure and database, computer network and other disciplines, the explosive growth of information has become a bottleneck. Simultaneously, convenient, real-time and intelligent business processing is becoming a common requirement of customers. To solve these problems is the main research contents of this paper.This paper regards EMIS in Shenyang power supply section of the railway as the research object, and consummates the following research work aiming at the existing problems in the process of the operation of EMIS system(random distribution of massive data is lack of management; each subsystem of EMIS is independent of each other, which leads the difficult sharing of information; low efficiency of business management urgently demands for the real-time and convenient mobile terminal business etc.): 1、Comprehensive analysis of massive data of railway traction power supply area, Using the framework of big data platform in Hadoop project, explain the technical proposal of messy data mass distribution and storage; 2、According to the railway traction power supply business background, analysis the function of each subsystem of the EMIS system, indicating the correlation between each subsystem, complete the configuration and co-ordinate the deployment of EMIS system; 3、Development of Android mobile terminal application based on the function requirements of each subsystem of EMIS system. Including: Technical scheme of mobile terminal, Android development of the overall design Android development framework and system configuration, Specific features of java code, Function and effect display of Android products.The characteristic of this subject is to introduce the distributed data storage technology in the existing EMIS system, and accomplish the mobile terminal product development at the same time. This EMIS system can connect well with the big data technology, management information system and mobile terminal application technology to enhance the level of information of railway traction power supply business.
