| This paper develop a electricity inspections management system and a model of customer evaluation based on studying the power supply enterprise's daily electricity inspections , using the scientific method of software engineering, with computer technology, management theory and math theory. Firstly, the paper analyses the need of the power supply enterprise, and uses the scientific method of software engineering develop a management system of electricity inspections for power supply enterprise. Then build a model of customer evaluation, help the power supply enterprise sorting the customer, support the enterprise with different services for different types of customers, and lay the foundation for the transition of the system from information management system to decision support system with more intelligent. |
