Research On Urban Design Of Hedong New District Of Suining Under The Concept Of Resilient City

In the past 40 years,large,medium and small cities in China have blossomed in an all-round way and their urban areas have continuously expanded.China’s urbanization is developing rapidly.At the same time,problems such as the deterioration of the ecological environment,the aggravation of economic risks,traffic congestion,the opening of "sea view" mode in cities,and the transformation of cities into "ghost cities" are frequently reported.The COVID-19 outbreak during the Spring Festival this year has sounded the alarm on China’s public health and epidemic prevention system,social governance system and economic development.These problems are inseparable from the traditional urban planning and construction model.With the intensification of globalization,cities will be more deeply integrated into the global division of labor.Future cities will have more sense of science and technology and more wisdom.Meanwhile,they will also face various unknown risks and challenges.The concept of resilient city provides a new way for cities to cope with unknown risks.As a technical means to create excellent urban physical space,urban design should have an effect on various urban crises,implant the concept of resilient city,and contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the city.Through the analysis of relevant concepts of resilient city and relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the connotation of resilient urban design and the core elements that should be paid attention to.The basic characteristics of a resilient city are summarized as: resilience,adaptability,transformation,diversity,social capital,redundancy,robustness and so on."Resilient urban design" which is to enhance urban recovery,the ability to adapt and change as the goal,through the guidance and control of multi-factor,multi-level,main body and changes of the urban design process,to build with elastic characteristics of urban form,urban can effectively cope with and resolve the challenges of the future potential crisis.The analysis points out that the main risks faced by cities at present are manifested in the four aspects of ecology,economy,society and infrastructure,and corresponding cities should also have the characteristics of resilience in the four aspects of ecology,economy,society and engineering.Taking Hedong New Area of Suining city as an example,this paper studies the course of urban development,main problems and urban design countermeasures of this area,and extends the necessity of building a flexible city in this area.Urban design can be divided into overall urban design,sectional urban design,and plot urban design according to the levels.The management and control priorities of each level are different,and the concept of flexible city also needs to be implemented at each level.In order to effectively avoid the current problems faced by the new district and make the city have corresponding flexibility in ecological,economic,social and engineering aspects,it is necessary to implement the concept of flexible city at all levels of urban design.And correspond to the level of urban design,the second phase of hedong district,hedong financial business district,cloud spiritual community site three cases,from the overall,extents,plot three important urban design level respectively corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given,trying to explore the concept of elasticity is applied to the three levels of hedong new area urban design.
