With the development of economic globalization,China’s economic development has entered the new normal,and the market environment of construction industry is more complicated.The pace of urban construction in China is accelerating,which brings opportunities and challenges to the Chinese architectural design market.The changing market competition environment has brought challenges to the development of enterprises,and the constant enterprise management mode can satisfy the enterprise rapid development demand in the rapidly changing market environment.Only through constant change can the enterprise of architectural design obtain the development opportunity.Based on the actual development of Heilongjiang Institute of Architectural Design and Research,this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of organizational change,explores the organizational change strategy of Heilongjiang Institute of Architectural Design and Research,and tries to find a method of organizational change which is in line with the actual development of enterprises and adapt to the external environment.First of all,through reading a large number of documents,master and comb the relevant theoretical and practical research results on organizational change at home and abroad,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study.This research takes Heilongjiang Architectural Design and Research Institute as the main research object,analyzes the organizational change of the design institute from the development course,organization structure,personnel composition,business process and management situation This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the development of Heilongjiang Institute of Architectural Design and Research,including the organization structure can not meet the needs of market development,the distribution of talents is not reasonable,the degree of specialization is not high,the ability of market development is weak,the performance appraisal is not scientific,and the construction of organizational culture is not perfect.Then from the development environment of the construction industry to analyze the external causes of organizational change,and the current internal factors of Heilongjiang Institute of Architectural Design and Research to promote organizational change behavior.Then it discusses the necessity,principle and goal of organizational change of Heilongjiang Architectural Design and Research Institute.The strategy includes further improving the organizational structure system,optimizing the allocation and management of human resources,standardizing the rules and regulations of enterprise management,promoting the reform of enterprise culture and breaking down the barriers to realize the sharing of information resources in the whole hospital.Through the analysis and research,this paper deeply analyzes the development problems of Heilongjiang Architectural Design and Research Institute,avoids the path dependence of enterprise management,points out the development problems of the future research institute,and forms the organizational support for the healthy and sustainable development of the research institute.
