In recent years,with the increasing improvement of people’s living standard and the rapid popularization of household appliances,people have higher and higher requirements on all aspects of household appliances.Air conditioning system as the main electrical appliances for the living space of users to regulate the climate,its noise performance has become one of the important indicators for people to buy.This paper tests and analyzes the feedback of a certain type of air conditioning system to the product noise in the terminal market,studies and analyzes the noise vibration excitation source of air conditioning system and rolling rotor compressor and the identification of the transmission path of vibration noise,which lays a foundation for noise vibration analysis.At the same time,the mechanism of abnormal vibration noise of the compressor is simulated and analyzed theoretically.By simplifying the vibration of the compressor to a single degree of freedom vibration model,the theoretical calculation formula of rotary vibration of the compressor is obtained.Through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of gas torque and electromagnetic torque,the mechanism of frequency doubling vibration and the excitation source of gas torque and electromagnetic torque are put forward,which broadens the thinking and lays a theoretical foundation for the research on suppression of noise vibration of compressor with frequency doubling.On the basis of theory analysis,designed the five noise vibration suppression scheme,and one by one into the solution of theoretical research and experimental verification,respectively motor frequency doubling,vibration optimization,the dynamic vibration absorber which is used to the new rubber pad design,optimization of accumulator is fixed,has achieved certain success,part of the solution to improve the effect is remarkable,problem solved,at the same time,also provide the direction of the follow-up to continue study. |
