Room Air Conditioner With High Efficiency Compressor Development

High EER is the direction of the room air-conditioner technology development. For the sake of improving the technology of room air-conditioner and compressor, our country enacts the standard for the EER of room air-conditioner (GB12021.3-2004). The lowest EER will be enhanced from 2.30 to 2.60 according to the standard.Under this background, our company decides to design a type of rotary compressor with high EER. This paper will introduce this project which will emphasize on the purpose, the method to enhance the EER, the method to reduce the noise, and the technique to control the electromagnetism-noise.Finally, this paper will analyze the economic benefit and give the point of view from our company, room air-conditioner factory, consumer and our country.
