There have been many breakthroughs in the development of automotive technology,at the same time,the automotive air conditioning system used to provide comfortable driving environment has also developed accordingly.At present,the scope of use of the car is very wide,the car has become an essential means of transportation,people 's life has been closely related to the car.In the use of cars,with the ultimate pursuit of user comfort,the problem of car noise has also been raised.Automobile noise is divided into mechanical noise and pneumatic noise.With the development of sealing technology and sound insulation materials,automobile mechanical noise has been well prevented,and pneumatic noise problem has become the main research object.After investigation,the noise problem of air conditioning system has become the main noise source in automobile room.The air-conditioning system noise is introduced into the car room from the air duct.The noise problem causes people's extreme discomfort.The air-conditioning noise not only affects the health of the drivers and passengers,but also threatens the personal safety when it is serious.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and solve the problem of the air-conditioning noise of the car.According to the investigation,the problem of air blower aerodynamic noise in an automobile air-conditioning product has aroused the company's great attention.Not only that,but also other air-conditioning product R & D companies have the same problem.Pneumatic noise not only damages the product quality,but also brings serious losses to the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and solve the problem of air-conditioning aerodynamic noise.In this paper,based on the aerodynamic noise problem of the blower in the HVAC system of an automobile air conditioner,a simulation geometric model is established by CATIA software based on the design parameters of an air conditioner,and star-ccm is used+ Simulation flow field analysis and noise test verify the model,get the correctness of the model,and verify the source of aerodynamic noise.Based on the optimization design theory,three optimization schemes are proposed.In scheme 1,a 2mm ring bar parallel to the top ring of the impeller is added to the honeycomb rib of the blower;in scheme 2,a 6-6-hole above the mesh of cut off accessory is blocked;in scheme 3,a mesh structure with the lower edge of the honeycomb bar is cut off based on the ring bar parallel to the top ring of the impeller is added to the honeycomb rib of the blower.According to the test results,scheme I can not completely improve the noise problem of the blower,and some of the blowers(Gmv)can not meet the noise value requirements;scheme II is more effective than scheme I in randomly selected 4pcs Repeat the test on Gmv,the results show that the noise values are all below all-10;test on the air conditioning noise of the optimized structure of scheme III,the test results show that the noise values are all below all-10,and the optimization effect of scheme III is more obvious,which is better than scheme I and scheme II.The simulation results show that the optimization results are consistent with the experimental results.Based on the problem of aerodynamic noise in a certain type of air conditioner,considering the results of fluid structure coupling,this paper compares and analyzes the noise after coupling.Based on the problem of aerodynamic noise and the characteristics of fluid motion,an optimization scheme of the structure of the air-conditioning blower housing is proposed.In the third optimization scheme,the top parallel to the impeller is added to the ventilation ring The noise reduction effect of mesh structure with the lower edge of honeycomb rib cut off on the basis of ring rib is obvious.The noise test and simulation prediction of semi anechoic chamber are used to verify the final reduction of aerodynamic noise by 8.61%.The research results show the feasibility of the optimization scheme,which has reference value for the optimization research of air conditioning aerodynamic noise.
