Existing Housing Add Elevator Design Research

With the fast development of national economy in China,people also have higher demands on the quality of life,such as food,clothing,housing and transportation..According to incomplete statistics,most of the urban residents in China now live in existing houses with different construction time.Some of the existing problems caused by time and economic factors have had a major impact on our daily life.The society has comprehensively transformed existing existing homes to meet the needs of today’s society.Along with the emergence of China’s aging society,the pace of work for the existing multi-storey residential buildings to build elevators has shown an accelerating trend.As far as the current development situation is concerned,although there are many pilot renovation projects for residential addition and subtraction elevators in various regions of China,there are still no large-scale promotion capabilities due to various reasons.In view of the fact that many high-rise residential buildings are currently equipped with elevators during the initial design and during construction,there is only a problem of updating the old elevators.For low-rise homes that require elevators,they are not very eager.In addition,multi-storey dwellings account for the largest proportion of existing dwellings,so existing multi-storey dwellings are the subject of this paper.Under the condition of meeting the construction conditions,the technical conditions for the transformation of ordinary existing buildings to add elevators have become more perfect.Therefore,based on the existing elevator construction method,the additional structure and structural nodes,combined with the characteristics and existing problems of the multi-storey residential buildings in the current stage of China,especially the construction of the elevator part and the existing residential part Connection problems caused by differences in their own structure and construction,especially for the damping structure of existing residential elevators.The renovation of existing multi-storey residential elevators can also be combined with the comprehensive renovation of houses,such as energy-saving emission reduction and exterior wall renewal,and even extended to the comprehensive renovation of the block,so that not only the existing multi-storey houses can meet the needs of the people.It can also bring out the vitality of the urban central residential area that has already gradually declined.The conclusion of this thesis is based on the theoretical research on the existing residential renovation at home and abroad and the field research of some domestic pilot projects.It is expected to provide valuable reference value for the construction of elevators for multi-storey residential buildings in the future,and is conducive to the design of new residential buildings.Further development.
