Research On Public Space Of Business Hotel Based On The Needs Of Citizens

With the great changes in working conditions and duration,the large-scale flow of people brought about by the increasingly convenient public transportation conditions,the increasing leisure time of holidays,the increasing demand for communication and leisure and entertainment,and gradually evolved into basic social activities.Nowadays,the high-quality way of life is the goal that people pursue,people also put forward the demand for leisure and diversification of consumption mode,and the guests who spend their time in the hotel also put forward higher demand for the quality of the hotel’s public space.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the better design techniques of the public space of business hotels under the demand of the public.First of all,through the review of domestic and foreign literature,we can deeply understand the design theory related to the public space of commercial hotels,and form a systematic understanding of the public space of hotels.Secondly,choose the public space of the business hotel to carry out research,from the function configuration,space layout and other aspects of its classification,comparison and analysis,and for the public demand for the most food space,banquet space,recreational space three major functional areas to further carry out detailed research and analysis.At the same time,the behavior observation method is used to observe the activity content and behavior flow of the guests in the public space of the hotel.Through the analysis of the results of research,the current problems in the public space of business hotels and the potential needs of the public.Third,according to the needs of the public,the design principles and techniques of the public space of the commercial hotel at this stage and the design of the main functional space.Finally,the proposed design principles and techniques will be applied to the actual project in which the author is involved Yulai International Hotel,to optimize the public space of Yulai International Hotel.It is hoped that this paper can help the construction of business hotels in the future,and provide some basis and reference for the optimization and design of public space of business hotels in the future.
