| In 2018,General Secretary Xi proposed the concept of a park city and promoted the construction of community parks in Chongqing with “facility + ecological green space”.As an important part of the urban public service supply,community parks are currently lacking in research on facility allocation mechanisms and spatial layouts at the community level and park scale.In view of the homogeneity of facilities in various community parks in Chongqing,this paper uses mathematical analysis and spatial syntax related theoretical methods,taking Xinhu North community park and Xinhu West Community Park as research examples.Based on the perspective of population differentiation,researching the facility configuration mechanism and facility space organization of community parks.On the one hand,based on the theoretical results and research methods of community population differentiation,a classification system of 5 demographic variables,4 first-level facilities and 13 second-level facilities were constructed.Based on the digital frequency analysis,with the help of the correlation analysis and correspondence analysis in the SPSS statistical software,the quantified analysis of the differentiation characteristics of various demographic characteristics of the facility selection,and the comprehensive selection frequency method and the concentric circle method to screen out the preferences under the demographic characteristics variables According to the demographic characteristics of the park,the theoretical allocation ratio of various facilities in the park is calculated.On the other hand,based on the theory of space syntax,the space of park facilities is subdivided with the help of convex space method,the spatial connection relationship is created according to the walkability,and Depthmap is imported for connectivity,integration,and depth analysis.Comparing the matching degree of facility attributes with the three spatial index characteristics,evaluating the facilities with unreasonable spatial layout of the park,and proposing optimization strategies;in addition,through normal analysis and single-factor analysis of variance,the spatial characteristics of various facility preferences are summarized.In order to guide the facility layout of community parks.The research results show that:(1)The two demographic variables,age and income level,have a significant impact on the differentiation preference of facilities in community parks.(2)The comprehensive analysis of the correspondence analysis method and the selection frequency method is suitable for the research of the facility configuration of the population differentiation.The facility configuration mode of the age and income differentiation is significantly different,and the proportion of the facility configuration based on the population composition can be used to modify the current facility type And quantity(3)The 3 convex space measurement indicators are suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the space structure of the facility and guide the modification of the optimized layout of the internal facilities.(4)The spatial characteristics of the four types of facility preferences are significantly different.The above research results are helpful to improve the allocation mechanism of the internal facilities of community parks,improve the fairness of the park facilities and services,and provide scientific guidance for the spatial layout of facilities. |
