The institutionalized construction of urban public service facilities and the deepening of research make the facilities allocation in the number of facilities, scale, space comprehensive coverage and equal construction have been significantly improved. In the inner city, with the advancement of new urbanization, urban living space is increasingly showing a variety of social differentiation, material spatial differentiation. It includes the spatial agglomeration of regional homogenous population and the regional spatial differentiation of residential areas. In the context of residential space differentiation, urban community residents have differentiated demands for community public service facilities. On the one hand, the previous allocation mode mainly relied on the "1000 index" and emphasized equalization layout. However, community development is affected by spatial location, history and policy factors, and there are different status characteristics of community development in different development stages and different development quality. On the other hand,in the configuration activities of community public service facilities, the relationship between subject and object is fuzzy, leading to the phenomenon of "non-equality and mismatch" in the configuration of community public service facilities, which not only affects the service quality and efficiency of community public service facilities, but also is difficult to meet the needs of community residents for convenient, comfortable and diverse facilities. Therefore,it is urgent to measure the spatial layout of urban community public service facilities through certain theories and methods, and put forward corresponding spatial optimization strategies combining with the differentiated needs of community residents for community public service facilities on the basis of mastering their spatial differentiation characteristics.Based on chengdu shuangliu district as the research object, this thesis based on the perspective of the differentiation of residential space, through to the nature of the residential area, the comprehensive analysis of the residential building quality and living environment quality, the differentiation of residential space for community attributes are divided into:modern, old, traditional, transitional, mixed characteristics of the community. Then, kernel density analysis,UNA network analysis, spatial clustering and other methods were used to explore the spatial differentiation of public service facilities in different types of communities at the overall level. The spatial differentiation characteristics of public service facilities in different communities were summarized from the two dimensions of residents’ accessibility to facilities and the internal differences of community facilities layout. Then, the research scale is further reduced, and the status quo of facilities and differentiated needs of residents in typical communities are investigated, and the characteristics of differentiated needs of residents in different communities for public service facilities are analyzed. Finally, targeted and differentiated facility allocation optimization strategies for community public service facilities are proposed from the overall and typical community levels. The strategies are mainly proposed from three aspects: facility allocation optimization direction, demand focus and content, and spatial layout mode.In this way,the efficiency of community public service facilities can be improved and the matching degree of service capacity and demand can be enhanced.
