Research On Spatial Environment Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Traditional Village Planning Implementation

The spatial environment of traditional villages reflects the local traditional culture,architectural art and folk customs,which has a high value of living history and culture.However,there are a large number of traditional villages in China,so the protection and utilization of traditional villages can not be ignored.The implementation effect of the existing protection and utilization planning is generally unsatisfactory,and the protection and utilization status of different villages is uneven.In order to reasonably carry out the compilation and revision of the planning and simultaneous interpreting of traditional villages,it is necessary to explore the law of spatial environment change in the implementation process of traditional village protection and utilization planning,and analyze the current situation of the protection and utilization of different traditional villages’ space environment,and find out the rules and improving methods.At present,the literature research on traditional villages has included the research on the protection of traditional villages,the evaluation of traditional villages,the research on the spatial environment of traditional villages and the optimization strategies of traditional villages,and have achieved some research results,but there is still a lack of evaluation research on the protection and utilization of traditional villages’ space environment,There is no study on the evolution law of the traditional village space environment after the implementation of the protection and utilization plan.Through the review of the research and evaluation system of traditional villages at home and abroad,the arrangement of relevant documents and the field visit to traditional villages,this paper constructs the evaluation system of the implementation of the spatial environmental protection and utilization planning of traditional villages,including four primary factors,namely environment,planning,architecture,infrastructure and public facilities,and 23 secondary factors;The expert questionnaire was issued,and the weight of factors at all levels was obtained by Delphi method,and the scoring criteria of each factor were determined by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.28 typical traditional villages in Jiangxi,Fujian and Guangdong were selected for indepth field investigation and scoring.Through interviews with village committees and leaders and staff of protection institutions,the village protection and utilization status and details were obtained,the villagers and tourists who came to visit were investigated to understand their satisfaction,and the environment and planning layout of traditional villages were understood by aerial photography,Through visiting to understand the preservation and utilization of the buildings,the average score and variation coefficient analysis of the village scores are carried out.It is concluded that the traditional villages of the sample have been protected and utilized in the spatial environment,but the situation is different.The overall infrastructure and public facilities are better,the construction is poor and the situation is uneven.This paper summarizes eight problems,such as the destruction of landscape environment around traditional villages,the poor diversity of development of environment and traditional public space,severe challenges to the control of the overall traditional style of villages,the limitation of the development diversity of traditional public buildings,and the difficulty of the spatial form of traditional residential buildings to meet the needs of modern use.The evolution law of the village space environment after the planning and implementation is discussed by using the theory of tourism life cycle as reference.The evolution stage of the village spatial environment after the implementation of the traditional village protection and utilization plan is divided into four stages: the initial stage,the continuous stage,the consolidation stage and the decline stage.According to the evaluation results,the paper divides the traditional villages into three stages: the first stage and the sustainable stage are classified into hollow village,cultural and ecological characteristics,and the consolidation stage is divided into comprehensive advantage,Villages in the recession stage are divided into hollow villages and urbanization types.The corresponding strategies are put forward for different types of villages to learn from excellent sample villages strategies and relevant documents,which can guide the protection and utilization of traditional villages.
