Research On Yangquan Traditional Villages' Space Form In View Of Protection And Utilization

Traditional villages are like folk history museums,reflecting the excellence of ancestors in creativity and imagination.The villages are the crystallization of the wisdom of people,leaving rich historical and cultural heritages after generations of inheritance.In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization has led to the reduction of the number of natural villages in China.Therefore,the protection of the villages has an important historical significance for the inheritance of regional culture and texture characteristics.Previous researches on traditional villages mainly focus on the aspect of single building and physical space,while lacking the research of decomposition and overall protection analysis of spatial form.Protection and development is the constant theme of the researches on traditional villages.So this paper chooses the perspective of protection and development.In this paper,taking the traditional villages of Yangquan as the research object,the characteristics of spatial form elements,the constitution patterns and problems of spatial form of the Yangquan traditional villages are analyzed.Finally,this paper discusses the protection of the villages' space form.This paper consists of following parts:(1)By geographical characteristics,climate characteristics and abundant coal resources and other natural factors,and by business culture,religion,culture and other social cultural factors,Yangquan region has formed unique numbers of villages,these villages are present in rugged mountains.(2)By analyzing the morphological characteristics and the composition of spatial form elements of the villages,the three combination patterns of rank combination,tie combination and link combination in the spatial form of Yangquan traditional villages are summed up.(3)This paper summarizes the problems of the protection and utilization of the spatial form,and lay the foundation for the strategy of the protection and utilization of the space form of the villages(4)This paper puts forward the strategies of the protection and utilization of traditional villages based on the research results of spatial form.This paper also takes the protection planning of Xinzhuang traditional village as an example to further demonstrate the feasibility of the protection and utilization strategies.
