With the continuous rapid development of China’s economy,surging population and the tight supply and demand of land resources,the construction of high-rise residential buildings in Foshan is huge and increasing year by year,which drives the growth of energy consumption and carbon emissions.Improving the thermal performance parameters of the building envelope can make the whole life cycle of the building can get a good energy saving effect,reduce building energy consumption,save resources and reduce environmental pollution,so it is of great significance to study the energy saving design of the high-rise building envelope.In this paper,the high-rise residential buildings in Foshan area as the research object,using literature review,field investigation and software simulation as research methods,combined with the diagnosis results of simulation calculation and economic analysis,the appropriate high-rise residential building envelope energy conservation design strategy in Foshan area.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,a field survey was conducted on the exterior wall,exterior window and roof of the existing high-rise building envelope structure in Foshan,as well as electricity load and energy consumption.From the survey,it was found that the exterior wall thermal insulation measures were insufficient,the insulation effect of the single material of the exterior window was poor,and there was still a lot of room for improvement in the roof thermal insulation and energy saving measures.And through the monthly statistics of residential power load,it is found that the orientation and location of buildings have an important impact on building energy consumption.In view of the above problems,according to the climate characteristics of hot summer and warm winter areas,De ST-H software simulation calculation is used to analyze the influence of the change of thermal performance of the building envelope structure such as exterior wall,roof and exterior window on the building energy consumption,so as to sum up the best structural scheme suitable for the energy saving design of high-rise residential envelope structure in Foshan area.Second,choose three foshan area high-rise residential project cases,based on the engineering case,and establish a corresponding not residential model of energy saving measures,respectively the energy consumption model through the Dest-H software simulation,quantitative contrast energy saving effect of different solutions with different retaining structures,and for comparing the simulation results of the program,The best scheme of energy saving design of high-rise residential envelope in Foshan area is obtained.Finally,combined with the technical and economic analysis of the energy-saving design of the envelope,the widely recognized building life cycle assessment theory is adopted to compare and analyze the cost recovery period of three engineering cases using different types of energy-saving schemes of the envelope.In this paper,from two aspects of technical performance and economic benefit of high-rise residential project case simulation analysis and economic evaluation,combining the resources of the local climate in foshan area,economic level and wait for a characteristic,put forward appropriate foshan area energy-saving design of high-rise residential building palisade structure strategy,high-rise residential building energy efficiency design work for foshan areas to provide a good reference and guiding significance. |
