In 2016,global primary energy consumption exceeded 18 billion tons of standard coal.China is heavily dependent on fossil fuels at a time when global fossil energy reserves are increasingly depleted.According to online literature collection and search,building energy consumption in China accounted for one-fifth of the country’s total energy consumption in 2019,and rural residential buildings accounted for a quarter of the total energy consumption.With the rapid development of rural economy,carbon emissions per unit area of rural residential buildings showed an upward trend from 2000 to 2017.Energy shortage and various social problems caused by it restrict China’s sustainable development.Due to economic development,ideological cultivation and technological limitations,China’s rural residents have a poor awareness of energy conservation.Due to various reasons,the promotion of energy conservation policies from top to bottom has been hindered.Due to social development,there are relatively few existing traditional residential buildings,which are replaced by a large number of rural self-built houses.The outer envelope of rural residential buildings in cold regions and cold regions is often built by villagers themselves,which leads to poor thermal performance of the outer envelope,thus aggravating the waste of energy.Therefore,energy-saving design of rural residential buildings is imperative.From another point of view,the poor thermal performance of the outer envelope will also affect the indoor thermal environment and then affect the quality of life.In rural areas in China energy-saving construction to promote the important restriction factor is the rural economic development level,in the construction of the whole life cycle can be recycled incremental cost can even create benefits of energy conservation of energy conservation project is arousing subjective initiatives of rural residents to promote energy-saving building,residents spontaneously to build energy-efficient buildings,Thus promote the construction of residential energy saving buildings in rural areas of China.The research object of this paper is the rural residential buildings in Yuzhong area.Through the collection and analysis of a large number of literature materials on the Internet,the main research methods of similar research are summarized,and as a certain reference,the final decision is mainly to use comparative analysis,simulation analysis and economic evaluation method to carry out the research.Firstly,through the analysis of the climate characteristics and the current situation of rural residential buildings in Henan and Central Henan,the typical rural residential buildings are selected.Then from the exterior wall,roof,doors and Windows of the residential building envelope,summed up the characteristics of the existing external envelope,through design Builder simulation of the energy consumption of the existing rural residential building,found that the rural residential building envelope energy-saving design defects.Then the external wall,roof,doors and Windows of the three parts of energy-saving optimization design.After that,each part of the optimized envelope is arranged and combined according to the energy saving mode of the balanced envelope and the energy saving mode of the non-balanced envelope to form different energy saving schemes.Then,the design Builder is used to simulate the energy consumption of different energy saving schemes and the energy saving effect of each scheme is obtained.Economic benefits in order to get better energy saving solutions,based on the equity method and the payback period method of the combination of these two methods,for each energy saving schemes are proposed in this paper the economic analysis,comparison and analysis concluded after more energy-saving and can create the most economic return envelope energy-saving solutions and cost more energy saving and recycling the fastest envelope energy-saving solutions,According to the situation of household asset allocation in China in 2017,the annual household income range applicable to several energy-saving schemes with good economic benefits as well as the energy-saving situation and economic benefits of these schemes are summarized.Studies show that not all energy saving measures can recover costs or create energy saving benefits in the life cycle of buildings or energy saving materials.Energy saving renovation of Windows,especially increasing the air tightness of doors and Windows,is the most cost-effective energy saving measure;Adopting the door with good insulation performance is the lowest cost efficiency energy saving measure;The economy of the non-equilibrium peripheral envelope energy-saving mode is better than that of the equilibrium peripheral envelope energy-saving mode.The energy saving of non-equilibrium envelope is lower than that of equilibrium envelope.In the energy saving mode of non-equilibrium outer envelope,only the energy saving optimization design of external window can recover the cost in the shortest time,and the energy saving optimization design of external wall and external window can create the maximum economic benefit in the whole life cycle of insulation material.
