With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, the residents’ demand for tourism is increasing day by day, which brings huge challenges to the current commuting-based urban transportation.During holidays, driving private cars to tourist attractions can easily cause traffic congestion. At the same time, the number of private cars in tourist attractions has increased sharply, causing difficulties such as parking difficulties and chaotic traffic organization, which reduces the quality of tourist travel.Other modes of transportation in tourist attractions are mainly taxis(online car-hailing),buses,subways,etc.However,some tourist attractions are relatively remote and need to be transferred when taking public transportation, and the comfort of passengers is low;The excessively high prices of taxis(online ride-hailing)also cause problems for tourists and limited capacity. The travel mode of “car-sharing tourist attractions” can not only make up for the lower comfort and frequent transfers of conventional public transportation and rail transportation when going to tourist attractions, but also help solve the problem of insufficient taxi capacity during peak hours.Based on the analysis of the travel mode of "scenic spots + shared cars",this paper proposes a scheduling scheme combining fixed stations and variable stations,in order to meet the dynamic travel demands of scenic spots at different time nodes. This article first analyzes the development status of shared cars and traditional travel modes in tourist attractions, distinguishes the co-opetition relationship between shared cars and other travel modes, especially taxis, and believes that there is a possibility that passengers’ travel modes may be transferred from taxis to shared cars. And based on the GPS data of taxis in Xi’an,based on the purpose of the research,R is used to preprocess the data and extract orders.Secondly, the time and space characteristics of passenger flow in Xi’an are analyzed from the time-varying order volume, travel distance, travel time, etc.,it is found that there is a significant difference in demand between holiday and non-holiday tourist attractions, select three scenic spots including Xi’an Dayan Pagoda Scenic Area,Xi’an Huaxia Cultural Tourism Ocean Park and the Qin Shihuang Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, are representative of tourist attractions in and outside the city.At the same time,a questionnaire survey method is used to quantify the competition and cooperation between taxis and shared cars, and determine the specific needs of passengers to transfer from taxis to shared cars when going to or leaving tourist attractions. Then the AP algorithm is used to cluster up and down passenger points, and the concepts and characteristics of variable stations and fixed stations are proposed. The eligible cluster clusters are set as variable stations, and the original shared car stations are used as fixed stations. The optimal model for the scheduling of variable stations in shared cars, and the genetic algorithm is introduced to solve it.Finally, discussing the two situations of non-variable sites and non-drop-off variable sites,it is verified that the scheduling scheme of shared car variable sites is the most profitable.
