Forming Mechanism And Assessment Of Flood Risk In Coastal Tourist Attractions

Under the background of global warming,the flood disaster risk has become a hot issue of common concern in academic circles,especially the flood risk caused by sea-level rise and storm surge,which has a negative impact on the coastal area is becoming prominent in tourism and tourism activities,this thesis is meant to study such flood disaster.Once the storm tide floods in the coastal scenic spots,tourists,residents,tourist resources and tourism infrastructure will be damaged.As a typical coastal urban tourist city,the storm flood and flood disaster is the first group in Shanghai.Therefore,taking Shanghai as an example,developing the flood disaster formation mechanism and evaluation research of coastal scenic spots will contribute to the sustainable development of Shanghai coastal scenic spots and other coastal city scenic spots.This paper takes Shanghai as the research area,through the collection and analysis of existing Shanghai national A-level scenic spots,storm flood disaster data,dynamic scenario based on the comprehensive use of MIKE21,ArcGIS and Expert Choice software,according to the disaster risk research system of "risk identification-risk analysis-risk assessment-risk response",carry out the risk of flood disaster risk formation mechanism and two scenarios of assessment work,and according to the evaluation results,put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures.The main research results of this paper include the following aspects:The risk of flood disaster in the scenic area is a dynamic process,and the risk of natural disasters in the scenic area is everywhere.The risk of flood disaster area and disaster vulnerability analysis results show that based on the 2050 situation,most of the coastal scenic spot under the medium risk level,and in 2100 the situation most of the coastal scenic middle risk level;however,whether it is over what kind of situation,Shanghai coastal scenic natural landscape risk is in the middle,and the risk of the humanistic landscape on the whole at a low level,a great relationship between the physical disaster exposure and anti disaster ability with two scenic area.Based on the results of risk assessment and risk reduction measures should follow the principles,put forward different types of different scenic spots and scenic spots to reduce the level of risk of flood disaster risk measures: coastal area flood disaster risk management system should be innovated,the different levels of management of the establishment and perfection of ladder;investigation of flood disaster monitoring and early warning and the coastal scenic spot application system;strengthening flood disaster insurance risk transfer measures;strengthen flood risk communication with community residents,travel agency etc..In order to protect the sustainable development of Shanghai coastal scenic spots and other coastal city scenic spots.
