| During the hot-in-place recycling of asphalt pavement construction process,in order to solve the problems that the bottom layer temperature cannot be directly measured,the adjustment of operating parameters depends on experience,the heating time,temperature as well as the quality of the recycling regeneration cannot be guaranteed.This paper is based on the temperature control of the Hot-In-Place Heating machine of asphalt pavement,the research on the variable time headway speed coordinated control of the Heating machines has been carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to obtaining suitable thermal regeneration process parameters,the research object is determined as the multi-stage intermittent variable power heating of the hot-air circulation hot-in-place recycling machine under the single-step method;Using the engineering quick calculation diagram and the Nomoram to calculate the temperature change of each layer of the road surface when heating the road surface and the bottom layer of the regeneration layer at a depth of 4cm to 180°C~100°C,so as to calculate the theoretical value of heating time,temperature and working speed.A conclusion is down that the method can not be used.(2)Using ANSYS to simulate the change of the temperature field during intermittent power-variation operation of the heating machine.The results show that this method can be used to obtain more reasonable and suitable process parameters such as the traveling speed,heating time,vehicle spacing,and hot air temperature of the unit.Using this process parameter,the bottom temperature and thermal regeneration quality can be guaranteed to meet the requirements.(3)In order to adjustment and realize the parameters conveniently,adjusting and modifying the original variable headway strategy and changing the application scenario from“high speed” to “extremely low speed”.Modeling and simulating the vehicle queue based on MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the strategy can achieve better control effects in terms of vehicle following,speed and acceleration tracking,vehicle spacing changes,and error control,and it has a certain degree of reliability and adaptability.It can achieve the obtained process parameters,ensuring that the temperature of the bottom layer of the road surface and the quality of hot-in-place recycling meet the requirements. |
