Hot In-Place Recycling is gradually popularized and applicated,which is an advanced technology of maintenance in asphalt pavement.In parts of our country have put the technology into application on the spot.Whether the quality of the pavement formed by Hot In-Place Recycling conform to the national standard and wherther the way of traditional quality control can guarantee the stability in the construction process have great effect that is the process quality management.So it is a vital significance on the process quality management of the Hot In-Place Recycling.Hot In-Place Recycling technology,recycled equipment and the characteristics of construction are introduced in this paper.With the research of the quality of Hot In-place recycling,the difficulty of the process quality management is the quality control of overall process in Hot In-Place Recycling.The index of quality control in Hot In-Place Recycling is confirmed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in this paper.Through the analysis of the influencing factor,It is reserched that temperature,milling planer depth,regeneration dose,the number of new asphalt mixture,process uniformity,the depth of paving,the number of rolling are the important control index.The temperature is key index among them,which is been supervisory control in the overall process,but not the only index.Temperature also affects the milling planer depth, rocess uniformity, the number of rolling,which influence the regeneration dose,the number of new asphalt mixture,and the depth of paving.With the modern management(the grey comprehensive evaluation),it gains that temperature finally affects the performance of asphalt pave.In the process of Hot In-place recycling,it needs the timely detection methods to achieve that it can be timely,comprehensive,dynamic to reflect the change of the temperature. The key technology of quality control in hot in-place recyling is researched by the paper,which is the infrared image temperature technology. It introduces the principle and the application of the infrared image tempertature technology and combines with the Hot In-Place Recycling practical engineering congdition in Chong-qing YuWu expressway.Through the temperature of the construction process and the thermal balance on heating pavement,the quality management based on the control of temperture is the speed of asphalt pavement heater and the time of heating. With the two aspects,it obtains the model of heating which controls the temperature on the process of construction in Hot In-Place Recycling.So the key to the temperature is the key to the quality of management in Hot In-place recycling.Finally the results validate the effectiveness and applicability in the research on the process quality management of the Hot in-place recycling based on the temperature control.Meanwhile it also first prove the feasibility of infrared image temperature measurement technology in the Hot In-Place Recycling.
