At first, based on the current situation of development and application of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, this paper analyses feasibility and necessity of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology, on this basis, it compares and studies technological principle construction process and features of recycling mechanical equipment of in-place recycling technology systematically from cold in-place recycling technology and hot in-place recycling technology; secondly, the choice principle of optimum compensation way of recycling mechanical equipment is established by analysis of attrition and depreciation of recycling mechanical equipment; at last, combined with execution conditions of hot in-place recycling within a period, this paper sets up the linear programming mathematics model of hot in-place recycling construction, and then the feasibility of the model builded is preliminarily verified by applying this model on hot in-place recycling aircrew of WIRTGEN 4500.
