| China's road construction work has been developing rapidly over the past decade,and has made remarkable achievements.Not only on the mileage,but also on the quality has achieved satisfactory results.However,with the increase of its service life in our country the size of the road,making the most of asphalt pavement in our country have already entered the rest period,if left to their own development,will advance into the overhaul period,according to the development of the national economy burden,and the consumption of pavement maintenance and reconstruction of conventional materials maintenance measures,and generating material a mass of old pavement,not only to the economic environment,to bring huge burden.How to deal with these old materials has become the urgency of the current research.The development of the hot recycling technology on the asphalt pavement provides a way of thinking for the solution of this problem.Therefore,this paper takes Yingkou City Qinghua Road,Guanghua Road,City Road,Peace Poad,Panpan Road and Xuefu Road asphalt pavement is geothermal regeneration project,the application of this technique to explore:(1)the applicability of geothermal regeneration technology to the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement.Relying on Yingkou City Qinghua Road,Guanghua Road,CityRoad,Peace Road,Panpan Road and Xuefu Road is geothermal regeneration engineering project entity,through the road,especially the main diseases of the analysis,to explore the causes of disease,and analyzed the applicability of the city section of preventive maintenance in the asphalt pavement.(2)the asphalt pavement in place hot recycling technology research and Yingkou Qinghua Road,Guanghua Road,City Road,Peace Road,Panpan Road and Xuefu Road asphalt pavement is geothermal regeneration related mixture parameter design.The main elements of the design scheme of the hot recycling technology in the field are explored,and the design process of the asphalt mixture mixture ratio and related elements of the selected hot spots in the field is also given.(3)the construction technology and key technology of geothermal regeneration on asphalt pavement.The three main elements of the construction technology are explored,and the guarantee of the temperature control and uniformity of geothermal regeneration is the guarantee for the quality of the construction.(4)the effect of geothermal regeneration asphalt pavement is tracked.Based on the evaluation of Yingkou Qinghua Road,Guanghua Road,city road,peace road,Panpan Road and Xuefu Road concrete implementation effect,provides a strong support for the promotion of recycling technology. |
