Research On The Design Of Medical Rescue Stretcher From The Perspective Of Scene Theory

Human society has never stopped the pace of development,environment,system,customs and personal psychology and behavior and other factors play a role in it,forming a multidimensional scene.The development and change of society will lead to many new scenes,and the emergence of new scenes will also lead to new demands.In the field of first aid,which is closely related to the safety of human life,many new problems,new scenes and new needs have also emerged.New diseases,such as new coronavirus,and problems in the process of science and technology development and urbanization together constitute a diversified and multi-dimensional scene of emergency rescue.These new emergency rescue scenes trigger new pain points,put forward new requirements for the first aid process of the injured,and open up new design space for rescue products.In order to deal with these new problems and needs,this project takes the scene theory as the theoretical basis,takes the complete process from 120 ambulance to the transportation of the injured as the user use scene of the product,takes the emergency rescue stretcher as an example to carry out research and design,and combines the human machine environment three elements of ergonomics with the design of rescue stretcher,so as to better deal with emergencies,It can improve the rescue efficiency of the rescue personnel,reduce the human cost of rescue,and reduce the physical and mental pressure of the patients.Based on the scene theory,the research focuses are as followsFirst of all,through literature review,market research and other ways to summarize the research and development status of the existing rescue stretcher products,in order to provide real and effective design guidance for the follow-up design.Through the analysis and research of scene theory,starting from the dynamic thinking,primary and secondary thinking and disassembly thinking of scene theory,combined with the scenes of each stage of scene theory in product design,this paper discusses the driving task and driving process of scene theory in medical rescue stretcher product design.The design process of medical rescue stretcher products from the perspective of scene theory is summarized.Secondly,questionnaire survey and user interview were used to obtain the user needs of the existing rescue stretcher,and the target users of this subject were identified.Through user interviews,actual research and other ways,enough sample cases are obtained,and the user scenarios in the current stretcher use process are summarized.The obtained user scenarios are planned and integrated,user behavior is analyzed through user scenarios,user needs are mined,user needs hierarchy model is analyzed through Kano model,user needs importance is calculated and divided,and user needs and weight of stretcher design are determined.Finally,through the user scenario analysis of the different needs of various types of users,clarify the user behavior,describe the user journey map,build the target scenario.The user requirements are transformed into design elements,the product function list is derived,and the preliminary solution is generated.The QFD house of quality is developed according to user requirements and weight.The functional requirements are transformed into product features,and the relationship between them is analyzed.The design sketch is drawn and the product prototype is generated.Finally,the product prototype is Applied to the actual use environment,the actual scene is constructed,the target users are invited to test according to the use process of the product,the product evaluation system is established,the design scheme is evaluated,and the optimal solution is obtained.Finally,through the product ergonomics analysis,optimize the user’s product experience,improve user trust.This paper summarizes the concept of scene theory,and studies the feasibility of scene theory in medical product design.The theory and practice show that the design method of medical rescue stretcher from the perspective of user scene plays a positive role in the process of solving design problems.The existing problems in the design of rescue stretcher are clarified through the scene theory,and the Application process of scene theory in product R & D and design is summarized and optimized,covering the social hot spots such as epidemic situation,aging problem,people’s livelihood and health problems,which has good economic benefits and social impact.It provides a new way to solve the practical problems faced by related industries,and also expands the Application scope of scenario theory.
