Study On Application Of Quality Function Deployment In The Valve In The Study

With the unceasing change of customer's demand and the rapid development of technology,product diversity and the demand of the complexity for manufacturing industry is higher and higher,quality function deployment(QFD)method arises at the historic moment.QFD will transform customers' fully needs,and the unification of research analysis into arious information technology needs of products,such as product manufacturing,product technology,product parts,etc.,to meet the requirements of the customers for the product.Quality Function Deployment(QFD),the simpler for Quality Function Deployment,is a method about the design of the product phase.Through the establishment of its quality house method to decompose the needs of customers in the production of each link,and designed by this method after the products are manufactured.This paper mainly introduces the concept,principle,application range and the structure of quality house for QFD,through the research for gate valve products,by the method of QFD,this paper does some research and development and improvement for gate valve products.For gate valve product user satisfaction survey in the first place,and then using the affinity diagram to analyze the results of the survey,the hierarchy structure of customer demand can be known by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the customer demand for products,and finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a systematic evaluation of customer satisfaction.In the process of gate valve products research and development production,using the hierarchical structure of the customer requirements,specific gravity,satisfaction with the product,comparing to the various technology and product technology,obtaining the calculation and comparison of important degree to target,then the planning matrix of customer's demand is down,and after a series of related data to establish a gate the quality houses of product planning.Finally,using the factor of unreveal as the input of manufacturing precision,using the typical manufacturing process of gate valve products,establishing the quality house of gate valve products manufacturing planning.This project takes the method of QFD,does a good attempt on the process of gate products design and manufacturing,have a important guide meaning for different gate valve company using QFD to develop new products and quality improvement.
