| With the continuous progress and development of China’s economy and society,people have higher requirements for the quality of life.The automobile industry keeps pace with the times in the tide of economic development,and "automobile 4S" stores come into being at the right time.If the brand "automobile 4S" shop wants to stand out in the fierce market competition and improve its comprehensive competitiveness,it must change the existing business model and establish a scientific and reasonable operation system.Therefore,whether the existing operation mode is reasonable or not is an issue that every "auto 4S" shop should focus on.Firstly,through in-depth analysis of the benefits and achievements of school enterprise cooperation mode for schools and enterprises,the connotation and characteristics of school enterprise cooperation mode for automobile service specialty are elaborated,and the research object of this paper is automobile M4 S store;And from the organization structure of M4 S shop,the responsibilities of each department,the business situation before and after the school enterprise cooperation,this paper expounds the current situation of automobile M4 S shop.Secondly,based on the detailed investigation of the characteristics,operation mode,technical level,management level and service level of M4 S store,seven questionnaires including EFE external factor matrix,automobile industry competition,consumer behavior,customer satisfaction survey,Gallup Q12,enterprise brand awareness and enterprise operation mode are designed;The evaluation system of school enterprise cooperation mode is constructed,which includes four dimensions of enterprise,school,students and society,and 16 secondary indicators;AHP is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index;In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the maximum membership principle is used to evaluate the objects with serious data loss and unreasonable evaluation results;The final membership degree is obtained by ranking the evaluated objects according to their grade position;Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model combining analytic hierarchy process with improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.Finally,the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model are verified by selecting automobile M4 S store,and the school enterprise cooperation effect of M4 S store is evaluated;According to the evaluation results and the actual situation,this paper finds out the key problems,opportunities and challenges in the development process of M4 S store,so as to improve and perfect the existing school enterprise cooperation mode,so as to maximize the benefits of enterprises,schools and students,and make contributions to the society.In a word,from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation based operation mode of automobile 4S shop,this paper establishes a scientific index system according to the enterprise level,school level,student level and social level,evaluates the effect of school enterprise cooperation mode of M4 S shop by using comprehensive model,and then gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and enterprise visibility,It has certain reference significance to improve the influence of the school and the employment rate of students,and increase the social contribution of enterprises. |
