| With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,Chongqing,Wuhu and Liuzhou have cross seat monorail vehicles in operation or construction,and a number of small and medium-sized cities also put forward the construction plan of monorail transit.Safety and stability is an important index to be considered in the design of straddle type monorail vehicle,so it is necessary to study the vehicle dynamic model more deeply.Air spring is an important part of suspension element of monorail vehicle,and the air spring dynamic model is an indispensable part of the monorail vehicle dynamic model.There are no relevant literatures on the dynamic performance analysis of straddle monorail vehicles for different types of air spring dynamics models.This paper combines a new type of double axle wide track straddle monorail vehicle developed by the team of the Tutor(Patent No.: CN207089305 U,hereinafter referred to as the wide rail vehicle).According to the structural parameters and relevant principles of air spring,the air spring based on air bomb is established The dynamic model of wide rail vehicles is analyzed and compared with the linear dynamics model of spring,nonlinear dynamic model of air spring and active control model of curve through attitude.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure structure analysis of the bogie of the wide rail vehicle and the force analysis of the vehicle body and bogie are carried out.The vehicle topology configuration is studied.The linear dynamic model of air spring,the nonlinear dynamic model of air spring and the curve are established through the attitude active control model.On this basis,the dynamic model of wide rail vehicle is established based on the linear dynamic model of air spring,nonlinear dynamic model of air spring and active control model of curving attitude.(2)Refer to GB/T 5599-2019 "Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock" and the dynamic performance evaluation indexes in relevant standards at home and abroad are used to carry out the simulation analysis on the running stability,curve trafficability,running stability,riding comfort and critical speed of wide rail vehicles based on the linear dynamic model of air spring and the nonlinear dynamic model of air spring.(3)Based on the active attitude control model,the working principle of the air spring height control valve is analyzed.The simulation analysis is carried out on the running stability,curve passing,running stability,ride comfort and critical speed of the wide rail vehicle,to verify whether the vehicle meets the requirements of safe operation.(4)Aiming at safe and stable operation,the paper compares and analyzes the stability,curve passing,running stability,ride comfort and critical speed of three kinds of wide rail vehicle dynamics models based on the linear dynamic model of air spring,nonlinear dynamic model of air spring and active control model of attitude through curve.The paper summarizes different aerodynamic models of air spring The influence of the model on the calculation results of vehicle dynamic performance. |
