| Through the analysis of the development of the technology and the research of dynamic performance of straddle monorail vehicle in the world, it can be seen that there is never one comprehensive and systematic evaluation indexes system of dynamic performance of straddle monorail vehicle. To better research the performance of straddle monorail,the comprehensive evaluation indexes system is established by theoretical calculation and simulation experiment based on the evaluation specifications and criterion of related railway vehicle and automotive, which not only provide theoretical basis for evaluation of its performance but also lay a theoretical foundation for its optimization.In this paper, the dynamic model of straddle monorail vehicle in different limited conditions is set up. Through theoretical calculation, the three facts including the operation safety, curve through performance and riding comfort are still in the dynamic performance of straddle monorail vehicle, whose main research contents are as follows:1 Refer to the GB5599-85’ Railway Vehicles-specification For Evaluation The Dynamic Performance And Accreditation Test ’, its feasibility is researched based on the difference of the running mechanism between the subway and monorail.2 To evaluated the operation safety of straddle monorail vehicle, the evaluation indexes are put forward: the wheel/rail vertical and lateral force,coupling force, the critical roll angle, the revision overturning coefficient, the critical contact coefficient, the minimum vertical force of horizontal wheels, the critical speed, which involved six aspects that are wheel/rail action force, coupling force, preventing the vehicle derailment performance, preventing the vehicle overturning stability, the critical speed, etc. Aiming to evaluate the curve through performance, the evaluation indexes are provided: the coupling horizontal angle, aligning torque, running wheel tyre abrasion loss, etc, which involved five aspects that are preventing the vehicle derailment performance, preventing the vehicle overturning stability, geometry curve through performance, oriented performance, running wheel tyre abrasion. Finally, the evaluation indexes system of dynamic performance is established.3 Through theoretical calculation, the formulas of the critical contact coefficient, the critical roll angle, aligning torque are firstly put forward, the overturning coefficient is modified and get the revision overturning coefficient, the prediction model for running wheel tyre abrasion is established.4 Based on ADAMS, the dynamic performance of straddle monorail vehicle is evaluated. Compared with the results from theoretical calculation, it shows that when it runs on 100m- radius track with the maximum speed of 45km/h, preventing the vehicle derailment performance,preventing the vehicle overturning stability,oriented performance aren’t good,however, the wheel/rail action force and coupling force are good. 6-section marshaling train has good geometry curve through performance. In general, Chongqing straddle monorail vehicle has good dynamic performance. |
