Straddle-type monorail transportation is a rail transportation system coupled with tires and rails.It has the advantages of small turning radius,strong climbing ability,low cost,small land occupation,and low passing noise.Domestic small and medium-sized cities have successively incorporated monorail transportation into the construction of urban rail transit.Several major domestic rail transit vehicle companies are all developing and manufacturing monorail vehicles.The level of vehicle dynamics performance is an important content in vehicle research and development.However,the relevant dynamic performance evaluation standards of monorail vehicles have not been established at home and abroad,which hinders the development of monorail vehicles.Combining the characteristics of monorail transportation,the development of vehicle dynamics performance evaluation system and evaluation index research is a key technical issue for establishing evaluation standards.It has important reference significance and applications for promoting monorail vehicle product development and engineering application,and promoting industry standard construction and technological progress.value.According to the structural characteristics,running mechanism,and route characteristics of monorail vehicles,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the dynamic performance evaluation system and evaluation indicators of monorail vehicles.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Refer to GB5599-2019 "Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock" and related research,summarize the dynamic performance evaluation system and evaluation indicators of railway vehicles,and analyze the difference in the running mechanism of railway vehicle bogies and monorail vehicle bogies.,The applicability and in-applicability of the dynamic performance evaluation index system of railway vehicles to monorail vehicles are studied.(2)Based on the research on the applicability of the railway vehicle dynamics performance evaluation system to monorail vehicles,the influencing factors of curve comfort are analyzed,and running smoothness indexes are proposed: comfort,stability index W,and weighted acceleration root mean square value,Unbalanced centrifugal acceleration,roll angular velocity,roll angular acceleration.Two dynamic simulation models of monorail vehicles were established,and the feasibility of each index was verified.(3)In view of the driving safety of monorail vehicles,the factors affecting the stability of monorail vehicles are analyzed,and the evaluation indicators of stability of the operation state are proposed: lateral vibration acceleration,vertical vibration acceleration,roll angular velocity,nodding angular velocity,and shaking head angular velocity.The use requirements of monorail vehicle tires and the contact force between tire and track are analyzed,and the evaluation indexes of tire force are put forward:radial force of running wheel,radial force of guide wheel,radial force of stabilizer wheel.The roll force analysis of monorail vehicles was carried out,and the evaluation index of anti-overturning stability was put forward: the running wheel load reduction rate,and the feasibility of each index was verified.(4)Aiming at the problem of curve passing of monorail vehicles,the steering mechanism of monorail vehicle bogies and the eccentric wear mechanism of running wheels are analyzed,and the guiding performance evaluation index: steering torque,running wheel wear evaluation index: running tire friction work,wear amount is proposed.And verified the feasibility of each indicator.(5)Analyzed the parameters needed to obtain each dynamic performance evaluation index,and put forward the test method and calculation method of each stability evaluation index,tire force evaluation index and running wheel abrasion performance evaluation index.
