The straddle-type monorail transit system is a short-distance,medium-capacity rail transit system,which has the advantages of low operating noise,strong climbing ability,low cost,and adaptability to complex terrain.With the development of my country’s urban transportation level,urban rail transit systems tend to coexist and be diverse,and straddletype monorail vehicles have also developed well in recent years.The joint switch is a unique track form in the monorail transportation system,which is composed of several sections of switch beams connected in a broken line.When the monorail vehicle passes through the joint switch,lateral vibration will be generated due to the sudden change of the track direction,resulting in the degradation of the vehicle dynamic performance.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare the interaction between the wheel and rail when the vehicle passes through the joint turnout on the basis of analyzing the structural parameters of the existing straddle-type monorail vehicle and the joint turnout,and according to the data results of the simulation and test.Corresponding improvement measures are put forward for the structural setting of the joint turnout.According to the structural characteristics of the monorail vehicle and the joint switch,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the dynamic performance of the monorail vehicle when it passes through the joint switch.The main work done in this paper is as follows: The geometrical position of the wheel when the turnout is used,the lateral deformations of the guide wheel and the stabilizing wheel when a single bogie passes the broken line joint turnout are deduced,and the geometric conditions necessary for the monorail vehicle to pass the turnout are solved.The principle of spatial coupling vibration of monorail train and turnout beam is expounded,and the differential equations of vehicle vibration are explained respectively,and the dynamic simulation model of monorail train and joint turnout is established by using UM software.By comparing the simulation results with the measured data,the accuracy of the simulation model is verified,the dynamic parameters of the existing lines and their changing trends are analyzed,and the model is optimized.Aiming at the dynamic performance of the optimized straddle monorail passing through the joint turnout,the structural design is carried out,and the dynamic performance of the vehicle before and after the optimization is compared through simulation analysis,and an excellent improvement scheme is selected. |
