High-speed railway is one of the breakthroughs in the development of transportation technology. It has not only changed the pattern of transportation networks, but more importantly affected the regional spatial structure, factor flow, and economic activities.China's high-speed railways are used as passenger transportation tools, and the perfection of high-speed railway networks accelerates the flow of factors such as people flow and information flow.It will have a major impact on the development of the tertiary industry along the line and its spatial shape, and promote the formation of elements and resources on space. The in-depth analysis of agglomeration effect of the high-speed railway on the tertiary industry clustering along the area along the line has important implications for the scientific planning of the high-speed railway network, the optimization of regional spatial structure and the acceleration of regional economic development. In terms of theoretical analysis, this paper constructs a framework for the mechanism of high-speed railways to tertiary industry agglomeration. After comprehensively considering the interaction among the impact of transportation costs on industrial agglomeration, the accessibility changes brought by high-speed railways, accessibility changes and industrial agglomeration, this paper combines the speed characteristics of high-speed rail and the industrial characteristics of the tertiary industry.Measure the accessibility of time costs as an important indicator to reflect the cost of transportation, and introduce it into the analysis of the mechanism:From the three perspectives of employment accessibility, market accessibility, and knowledge accessibility, analyze the labor force pool effect, market structure effect and knowledge spillover effect brought by high-speed railways have affected the location choice of enterprises and the employment choices of the labor force, thereby promoting the agglomeration of the tertiary industry. In empirical research, this paper constructs an accessibility assessment model and evaluates the impact of high-speed rail on regional accessibility along the Jinghu Line.Based on this,a DID model of fixed effects was constructed to analyze and evaluate the impact of high-speed rail on the tertiary industry clustering along the Jinghu Line. The main research conclusions are:(1)The high-speed railway network has increased the overall accessibility of the region along the Jinghu Line, but has expanded the interregional space gap.(2)The introduction of high-speed railways has promoted the agglomeration of tertiary industries, but there are differences in the influence of different subdivided industries and cities of different sizes. In terms of subdivided industries, the introduction of high-speed rail has clearly promoted the concentration of accommodation and catering, wholesale and retail, real estate, residential services and other service industries,as well as cultural and entertainment sports;Third industry agglomeration in big cities;(3)The increase in accessibility caused by high-speed railways has promoted the agglomeration of tertiary industries, but the impact on different subdivided industries and cities of different scales varies greatly. In terms of subdivided industries, the increase in accessibility caused by high-speed rail has a greater role in accelerating business services and financial industry agglomeration, and has little effect on public management and social organizations, health and social security, and social welfare; In terms of scale, the impact on larger cities is greater.
