With the rapid development of China's social economy,the demand for express freight transportation is increasing rapidly,the demand for express freight is developing towards the direction of high timeliness and customization.Therefore,in order to satisfy the market demand and deepen the reform of railway freight transportation,China's railway launched high-speed express service in 2014.High-speed railway express freight transportation has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience and safety,but China's high-speed railway express freight transportation is still low in volume,with the problems of a single product system,limited capacity resources,low station loading and unloading efficiency,and poor door-to-door connection.In order to reduce the operation cost of high-speed railway express freight transportation,improve the efficiency of China's railway transportation enterprises,and at the same time increase the market share of the express transport,from the perspective of the high-speed railway express freight transportation organization,this paper conducts research from the following aspects:(1)Expounded the domestic and foreign research status of high-speed railway express freight transportation development.Based on the analysis of the present situation of high-speed railway express transportation organization and the domestic and foreign research,this paper summarizes the development experience of foreign countries and the existing problems of high-speed railway express in China,and puts forward the research direction of high-speed railway express transportation organization.(2)The product system considering the development status of the high-speed rail express market and the development status of high-speed railway equipment technology is designed.Firstly,by analyzing the development status and prospects of China's express delivery market,the development requirements of high-speed railway express are proposed Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of high-speed railway express goods,the target market positioning of high-speed railway express is proposed.Finally,by analyzing the deficiencies of existing high-speed railway express products,enrich and refine the existing product system.(3)The operation conditions and operation process of high-speed railway express transportation are analyzed.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of the four modes of operation,the operation mode and the operation time of high-speed railway express transportation are determined.Secondly,from the three aspects of train transportation capacity conditions,cargo loading and unloading equipment conditions,station operating conditions,the operating conditions of high-speed rail express were analyzed.Finally,six transportation organization schemes are proposed for different transportation modes,and the advantages and disadvantages,applicability and operation process of different schemes are analyzed.(4)An optimized model of high-speed railway express transportation scheme based on layered dynamic service network is established.Firstly,a dynamic service network based on network layering and node splitting is established according to the problem characteristics of coexistence of multiple transport organization modes and multiple high-speed railway express products.Secondly,the paper proposes the adjustment method of the transportation arc in the network,and describes the process of cargo transfer and cargo flow distribution in the network.Finally,based on the service network,a 0-1 hybrid linear programming model considering vehicle balance constraint,freight flow balance constraint,multiple transportation capacity constraints and transportation time window restrictions is constructed to maximize the revenue of railway transportation enterprises.(5)A two-stage solution algorithm based on genetic operation is designed and verified.Firstly,the two-stage solution idea is expounded,and an optimized high-speed railway express transportation scheme is obtained through two-stage iterative solution.Secondly,the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by the comparison of several small-scale examples of multiple calculation scenarios.Finally,based on the high-speed railway network composed of high-speed railway lines in the Yangtze river delta city cluster,a large-scale case is designed to solve the problem,which shows that the high-speed railway express organization with the combination of transit and direct transportation under the multi-operation mode can better attract goods and improve the revenues of railway transportation enterprises.
