With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid growth of China’s economy,the market environment faced by modern enterprises is becoming increasingly complex.In the daily operation of enterprises,the increase of various risks based on the contract management level is the concern of more and more enterprises.As the carrier of the company’s product transaction process,It directly affects the quality of the company’s products,the effectiveness of transactions and the efficiency of the company’s procurement.Strengthening the risk control of the material procurement project contract of A Electric Power Company is not only the need of the market situation,but also an important way to adjust the company’s economic structure and improve the company’s risk management level.Studying the material procurement contract management of A Electric Power Company from the perspective of risk management can prevent the contract risk of A Electric Power Company’s material procurement project and promote the legitimacy,standardization and efficiency of contract management.A Power Company is the research object of this paper.Firstly,the research status and related theories of contract risk management are combed through literature collection method.Based on the analysis of business process,the present situation and existing problems of A power company’s material purchase contract management are summarized;Secondly,the fishbone diagram and flow chart method are used to identify the organizational management risk and business process risk,and the factors leading to the occurrence of material procurement contract risk,their functions and ways are put forward,and the possible impacts are analyzed Thirdly,on the basis of risk identification,the risk evaluation index system of material purchase contract of Electric Power Company A is established,and the weight of each index in the evaluation model is determined by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the material purchase risk;Finally,according to the above analysis results,the corresponding management countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of business process,organizational system,information communication and management system.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)According to the analysis of the current situation of risk management,it can be concluded that the risk management of A power company’s material purchase contract has problems such as unreasonable organizational structure,weak risk awareness,low information level and low professional quality of personnel;(2)According to the analysis of fishbone diagram and flow chart method,it is concluded that it can identify risks in organizational management and business processes;(3)According to analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk of material purchase contract of an electric power company is evaluated.21.59% think that the risk is very high 23.83% is higher 25.36% think that the general16.48% think that the lower risk grade,at the same time think that its very low risk grade experts also account for 12.84%,through the comprehensive evaluation of the project risk,A power company material procurement contract risk grade as a whole is high;(4)Major risks include contract review and approval risk,organizational structure risk,contract management system risk and staffing risk.To ensure the smooth implementation of contract risk management of A Electric Power Company,we should strengthen the risk control of business process,improve the organizational management system,perfect and clarify the contract management system,and perfect the human resource system. |
