Research On Logistics Material Management Of H Electric Power Company

In recent years,State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)has put forward the strategic goal of "three types and two networks,world-class".Under the development strategy of the new era,the development concept,management mode and service mode of the power grid have changed greatly.Many reforms in the logistics field are interwoven;the internal and external environment facing the logistics work is complex and changeable,which puts forward higher requirements for the logistics material management and service of SGCC.In order to effectively support the first-class strategic objectives of State Grid Corporation,improve the logistics material management level of H electric power company,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,it is necessary to carry out the logistics material management research of H electric power company,to achieve accurate and effective logistics material demand prediction,more scientific and reasonable procurement strategy,and optimize the design of logistics material management system to make logistics material management more information-based and standardized.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current situation of H electric power company and logistics material management,and points out the existing problems to be improved.Secondly,the importance of material demand prediction to support the development of logistics material management is clarified.Different models are designed for comparative tests.The long short-term memory network is used to predict the demand of a logistics material to improve the accuracy of material demand prediction.Thirdly,in order to improve the scientificity of the company’s logistics material procurement,this thesis takes a kind of logistics emergency materials as an example,constructs the material classification model based on Kraljic matrix,classifies the materials,and proposes the differentiated procurement strategies respectively.Fourthly,according to the needs of logistics development,this thesis expounds the optimization design objectives of logistics material system and analyzes the functional requirements,constructs the overall functional framework of the system,and designs the functions of logistics material management system according to the system design principles.This study will lay a solid foundation for the improvement and development of H electric power company’s logistics material management,and also has certain reference significance for other electric power enterprises or public institutions’ logistics material management.
