Through studying the procurement management problems of C Company,mainly on the procurement organization,procurement process,procurement information and supplier management and other aspects of the procurement process existing problems,focusing on several aspects.First of all,starting from the procurement organization of the company,the operation mode and characteristics of the existing procurement organization of C company are analyzed.From the company level trigger the procurement organization,puts forward the relevant problems of the current situation of and centralized purchasing related theory knowledge,appropriate to the company purchasing organization conformity subdivision centralized procurement,procurement staff,realize centralized purchasing mode division of material properties,utilizing the theory of supply chain collaboration,establish organization coordination mechanism,Gradually realize the centralized purchasing mode of resource sharing,reasonable the optimization of procurement organization has made the related,need to increase professional procurement staff,and improve the purchasing personnel performance evaluation system,advantage to realize the optimization of resource allocation,highlight the procurement scale benefit and reduce the enterprise’s manpower and material cost.Secondly,from the company’s procurement process carried on the thorough analysis,on the basis of simplified process to improve the efficiency principle,starting from the material management and procurement procedure,using the theory of the ABC classification of material of different materials for different procurement strategy,research C company’s purchasing procedures and information transfer,and define the scope for examination and approval by shorten the waiting time of procurement process,Create new material information transfer process,establish synergistic effect to improve purchasing efficiency.Thirdly,from the procurement information for in-depth analysis,put forward the manual plan of raw materials and traditional media transmission,customer demand drop in order behavior,paper work order transmission,through the rational use of procurement information technology ability,find out the obstacles to the realization of information,through the supply chain management theory,Establish the information process of ERP synchronous maintenance and formulate the system approval and operation of inserting order information.Optimize the transmission of supply chain information and improve the supply chain management level of the enterprise through the establishment of supplier EDI platform and the company’s internal database platform.Finally,this paper also studied the supplier management,preliminary established on the basis of matrix Kraljic Model C company supplier classification management strategy,this paper mainly introduces the choice of supplier management and development process,and formulate the corresponding evaluation indexes,combining with the suppliers to set up a regular performance appraisal standards,so as to realize the effective control of the supplier,to reduce the supply risk of the enterprise,Establish strategic relationship with suppliers.Extensive use of the important thought of the supply chain management,this paper mainly introduced the centralized purchasing,ABC classification,Kraljic Model matrix,supplier management,supply chain collaborative theory knowledge,based on the optimization of procurement organization,human resources and information resources optimization allocation,simplify the procurement process optimization,improve the efficiency of purchasing,Integrate digital information management means into purchasing management.At the same time,according to the characteristics of supplier management,establish the organization external and internal goals consistent,efficient coordination,and then achieve the procurement management information flow,physical flow to ensure realtime dynamic tracking,to ensure the efficient operation of procurement management.
