| With the continuous increase of expressway mileage and the increasing traffic flow,the maintenance of expressway has become more and more prominent.At present,there is still a lack of highway sweepers in our country that can adapt to the form of highway section,location environment and fast traffic requirements.The working device is one of the core modules of the sweeper,and the research on the working device is the most important part of the research and design of the highway sweeper.According to the technical characteristics of the highway sweeper,a reasonable layout of working devices is designed,the dust removal process of the highway sweeper is analyzed,and the functional mechanism of each module is analyzed,and the working device structure that meets the functional requirements is designed.Select and calculate the parameters of the disc brush and the roller brush of the cleaning device of the highway sweeper,and use MATLAB to analyze the movement trajectory of the disc brush wire contact point and the movement trajectory of the roller brush wire end point to make the disc brush cleaning effect and rolling The brush cleaning effect meets the highway cleaning requirements.Design and calculation of the fan system of the highway sweeper,including the design of the wet dust removal system,the calculation of the air volume of the fan,the design of the piping system and the calculation of the pressure loss,and the calculation of the power required to drive the fan.Research on the parameter matching of sweeper vehicle speed and disc brush grounding pressure.On this basis,Creo software is used to model the disc brush three-dimensional solid,and the Simulate module of Creo software is used to perform finite element analysis on the disc brush filament to study the brush filament.The relationship between the deformation and the force of the disc brush,the movement analysis of the disc brush four-bar mechanism,the study of the relationship between the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder and the lifting amount of the disc brush,and finally the relationship between the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder and the cleaning speed is analyzed.Use EDEM software to carry out simulation experiments to study the effects of different roller brush speeds on the cleaning efficiency of the roller brush and the effect of different disc brush speeds on the efficiency of the disc brush under high-speed driving of the sweeper,and comprehensively integrate the fan cleaning efficiency,the efficiency of the disc brush and the roller brush cleaning.Three factors of efficiency are used to study the working parameters of the sweeper when the sweeping efficiency is the best.Finally,a test platform was built to test the factors affecting the cleaning efficiency of the disk brush and analyze the results.The EDEM simulation experiment obtained the cleaning efficiency of the disc brush at different disc brush rotation speeds,the cleaning efficiency of the roller brush under different brush rotation speeds,and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning vehicle under the combined action of various working devices when the sweeper was traveling at a high speed.Finally,the test results of the cleaning efficiency of the disk brush show that the particle quality has a certain effect on the cleaning efficiency of the disk brush and when the speed of the disk brush is low,the change of the particle quality has a greater impact on the cleaning efficiency of the disk brush.,The change in the quality of garbage particles has a negligible impact on the cleaning efficiency of the disk brush. |
