Pipes are widely used in fluid transmission.The long-term use will produce dirt in pipeline,affecting the transmission efficiency.At present pipe cleaning mainly relies on technology of wheeled mobile robots or artificial remove.Existing pipeline cleaning method has great limitations and cleaning efficiency is low.Based on the investigation of existing pipeline cleaning technology,this paper puts forward a kind of pipe cleaning device,which has a strong cleaning ability and climbing ability.The device has high pressure injection system and the line speed control system.Pipe cleaning device can adapt to diameter change,go through corner,which greatly improve the efficiency of the cleaning,and also make the pipe cleaning more thoroughly.The main contents are shown as follows:Firstly,the research of pipeline-cleaning design based on the high pressure water jet is done.According to currently available domestic and foreign high-pressure water jet control study,the paper proposes a device based on high-pressure water jet fit for the situation of factory.The device uses high-pressure rotating nozzle head,followed by a row of nozzle orifices with a set angle torso,the tail of thread threaded,so that the high-pressure hose can be connected to the tail.Secondly,structure design and implementation of speed control of high pressure hose are done.This project proposes speed control programs of high pressure hose and timely optimization through simulation mechanism design,also uses dynamic analysis software Adams to analyze the design of water control agencies to get the optimization of mechanical design.Thirdly,the control strategy of system controlling the speed of the high-pressure hose is established.Develop the speed control circuit systems and speed control systems required for the data display to meet the high pressure hose’s design purpose.Finally,experimental system of pipe cleaning device is established and verified.Physical prototype based on the basis of high-pressure water jet pipe cleaning device design and control system design is made.Use the prototype to do motion control experiment.After that the results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the cleaning device system design. |
